Accommodation description

VA House is a modernly designed house located 150m from the center of Skala Maries and the city beach.

Due to the gentle slope of the terrain, the entrance to the building is on the ground floor level, while the terrace is positioned on the first floor level.

The house (82m2) consists of a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a sofa, accommodating up to five people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and amenities, including a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, internet, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a baby cot (available upon request).

From the terrace, there is a view of the surrounding houses, while in the distance, the sea can be partially seen.

Parking is available in front of the accommodation, along the street. Small pets are allowed upon request.

Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay, and after three days, they receive a fresh set of bed linen and towels.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
