Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Eleni Studios is affordable accommodation, only few minutes walk from the center and from the beach. WIth a well arranged courtyard and on peaceful location, it is ideal for families with children who can play and run safely.
Accommodation is located at about 600m from the sandy city beach, with gradual depth and 700m from the center of Skala Potamia. The first market is at 350m.
Eleni Studios is offering eight accommodation units, seven studios and two apartments. Four units are on the first and four on the second floor.
The double studio (no.2, 20m2) is located on the first floor and iz is equipped with a double bed. In the triple studios (20m2) there are one double and single bed, which is pulled out from the double bed. These studios are located on the first (no.4) and on the second floor (no.8). Quadruple studios (30m2) have one double and two single beds (in one of the studios the 4th bed is pulled up like a drawer) or bunk beds and are located on the first (no.1) and on the second floor (no.6 and no.7), like triple studios.
The quadruple apartment (no.5, 30m2) consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, while there is a single bed in the living room. Under the double bed, there is one thrundle bed- It is located on the first floor and the air conditioner and bathroom are in the bedroom, and the kitchen is in the living room.
Duplex apartment with two bedrooms (no.3, 35m2) consists of one double bed and two single beds. In the room where there is a double bed, there is also a kitchen. This apartment is located on the first floor.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a fully equipped kitchen, TV, hair dryer and WiFi internet. Only untis on the first floor have mosquito nets. Baby cot is available upon prior request. Small pets are allowed, so when making a reservation it is required to emphasize weight of the pet.
Cleaning, towels and linen replacement is done every third day.
The yard is spacious and very nicely decorated with green area and a large common kitchen and barbecue. Also, there is a large porch with chairs where the guests of this accommodation can relax in the shade. The accommodation has a private parking with limited parking slots. There is space for the total of six vehicles, and it is not possible to reserve the parking. If there are no available parking spaces, the guests can park their vehicle in front of the accommodation.
When you reach the central crossroads in Skala Potamia (from the direction of Golden Beach), turn left, then again left to the next street. After 200-300m you'll see villa Elegia on the left side of the street, turn left and drive straight ahead for a few hundred meters to the villa Eleni.
If you want a decent accommodation at a reasonable price close to all facilities offered in Skala Potamia, Eleni Studios can be a good choice.
