Hotel Description

Annmari Studios is a new accommodation with private parking, spacious and nicely decorated yard with toys for the youngest visitors, located in the center, not far from the city beach with long shallows. There is a barbecue area and sitting area for the guests to enjoy.

Accommodation is located in the center of Skala Potamia, 200m from the beach.

This newly built complex consists of bungalows and offers eight studios (27m2). Six studios are equipped the same way, with a double bed and a folding sofa bed for two, while only two studios (#4 and #5) have a double bed and a bunk bed. All the units are located on the ground floor, except the studio #6, which is located on the first floor.

Accommodation is very modern, equipped with new furniture and terraces with outdoor seating. The studios are very spacious and identically furnished. They have of a fully equipped kitchen with an electric kettle and a frappe whisk.

Cleaning is done each day, and the replacement of sheets and towels on every third day.

The yard is very spacious, equipped with toys for children, as well as masonry barbecue area. Private parking and internet access are also available to guests of this accommodation.

If you are coming from Skala Panagia, known as Golden Beach, turn left at the SPAR supermarket, then left again, and carry on for another thirty meters, until you see the sign for Annmari Studios on the left side.

The nearest supermarket is five-minute walk away.

If you want a quality and stylish accommodation in the center of Skala Potamia, close to all the facilities it offers, Annmari Studios is the right choice.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
