Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
La Luna is an acommodation where can stay two families, in a peaceful environment in Skala Potamia. It has a private swimming pool, barbecue, rooms equipped with modern furniture, as well as complete privacy.
It is located in part of Chrissi Akti Bay (Golden beach). The closest bakery and market are not far, one minute by car. The beach is located 1km from the accommodation.
It is a two-floor house, a maisonette (106m2), with a private pool. The ground floor of the maisonette is very spacious, with kitchen and dining room equipped with four sofa beds (two folding ones). On each sofa can sleep one adult or two smaller children.
The kitchen is well equipped, with an electric stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle etc. Guests can use a washing machine that is in the bathroom on the ground floor. Bathroom has a shower with curtain.
On the upper floor are two bedrooms and in one of them are two double beds while in the other one is one double bed and sofa bed for one person or two small children. Both bedrooms have access to the big balcony which overlooks the mountain Ipsarion and village Potamia. On the upper floor is one more bathroom with bathtub.
Replacement of towels, bed linen and cleaning are provided and performed after four days.
In the courtyard, right next to the pool, is a barbecue, available for all the guests. When it comes to parking, around the accommodation there is enough space where you can leave your car.
When you disembark from the ferry boat in Limenas, follow the road to Panagia and Potamia. After around 7km you will reach Panagia, pass through the center and follow the road to Potamia. Pass through Potamia and continue straight. When you pass the gas station BP, then EKO gas station, after few meters you will the ATM machine and bakery on the right and turn right there. Follow the road and after around 200m you will see the complex of yellow houses on the left, from which ones one is La Luna.
If you want an accommodation which can accommodate two families, on peaceful location with swimming pool, La Luna can be an excellent choice. This accommodation is ideal for persons who like to go with friends on vacation, because there is enough space in the living room for sitting and chilling, as well next to the swimming pool.
