Villa Pagali is a new and modernly decorated accommodation located in the heart of the village, close to the promenade, shops, souvenir shops, and restaurants. It offers spacious units with one separate bedroom equipped with new and high-quality furniture.

Pagali is situated in the very center of Skala Potamia, just 120m away from the beach. The first grocery store is located right across from the accommodation.

It features four apartments (55m2) with one separate bedroom.

Pagali 1 – located on the ground floor, consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed. The living room includes a sofa bed for two. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with a stove and oven.
Pagali 2 – situated on the first floor, comprises one separate bedroom with two single beds, while the living room has a sofa bed. Similar to Pagali 1, this apartment also has a large kitchen with a stove and oven.
Pagali 3 – on the second floor, includes one separate bedroom with two connected single beds, and a sofa bed for two in the living room. The kitchen is spacious and has a stove with an oven.
Pagali 4 – also on the second floor, features a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. The large and well-equipped kitchen includes a big fridge and a stove with an oven.

All accommodation units have a private bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, electric kettle, coffee and frappe maker, toaster, etc.

Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days.

The courtyard is small, fenced, and beautifully maintained with lots of flowers and greenery, contributing to the safety of the youngest guests. Guests have access to a brick barbecue.

The accommodation offers private parking.

To reach this accommodation, head to the central intersection near the bakery on the corner and turn left. After a few meters, across from the grocery store, you will see this accommodation.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
