Our description
San Giorgio Villa is a high quality accommodation located in a quiet part of the Skala Potamia, about 200m away from the beach. It offers spacious apartments and studios, as well as a large courtyard equipped with stone barbecue for guests and sitting sets for enjoyment.
San Giorgio Villa is a brand new accommodation with 10 excellent apartments. It is located in a noiseless part of Skala Potamia, on a very quiet place, 250m away from the beach and 3-4 minutes walk from the city center.
Accommodation units are very spacious, equipped with new, modern and quality furniture. Apartments are located on the first and second floor, they are all 45m2 in size and they all have the same layout. They consist of a bedroom with one double bed, and an air conditioned living room with one sofa bed and one single drawer bed. The kitchen is large and well equipped, and besides the basic elements, dishes and utensils, contains a coffee maker and electric kettle, and there is also a dining table. The bathrooms in the apartments are spacious and have a shower cabin. Terraces are also very spacious and they all have an excellent side sea and mountain view, sitting set and laundry drying rack.
One apartment, the same as the others, is located in the basement. It is very well illuminated and bright, and it has two verandas (one in front of the living room and one in front of the bedroom).
There is also an excellent studio for 4-5 persons in the attic. It is very spacious (70m2), with one double bed, one sofa bed and one folding armchair, as well as a sea and mountain view. If you are romantic, you will like this studio a lot. Five adults can stay in this studio, if they are part of the same family.
All accommodation units have WiFi internet and hair dryer, most of them have also a safe box, while a baby cot is available upon request when booking.
Cleaning, bed linen and towels change is done after every two days.
The villa is located in a courtyard with a beautifully maintained lawn full of flowers, with outdoor sitting sets and a space for children to play, as well as a barbecue area with large tables for dining in the shade.
There is private parking available.
Driving on the main road from the direction of Skala Panagia, on the central intersection in Skala Potamia, turn left towards the sea, then again left to the first street (parallel to the coast). A few hundred meters later, turn left next to the pink villa Porto Thassos, and after 50m you'll reach San Giorgio Villa, next to the hotel Aegli.
The nearest store is 200m away.
Limenas - the capital of the island, is just about 10 kilometers away and it offers much more content and entertainment for tourists than Skala Potamia, that is perfect for a quiet family holiday.
If you want a high quality and neat accommodation equipped with new and modern furniture, on a very quiet location in Skala Potamia, just two minutes walk from the sandy beach and 3-4 minutes away from the city center, San Giorgio Villa can be an excellent choice.

San Giorgio Apartments is the accommodation in Skala Potamia, in the centre of the famous bay Golden Beach. We offer 10 new apartments with very spacious rooms in a really quiet place. Each apartment is equipped with a TV, A/C, refrigerator, kitchenette, shower, hairdryer, balcony with stunning mountain and sea view and free internet access. In our large garden, you can enjoy your coffee and relax among the colours and scents of our flowers. Finally, nearby you will find everything you need including restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and beautiful sea.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Ne znam odakle bih počela... Prvo kad dođete dočeka vas predivan vrt sa puno cveća, palmica i mesta za sedenje u hladu. Onda vas dočeka predivna Ana koja vam pokaže apartman i objasni sve što treba. Apartman je čist, sa dovoljno svetlosti (iako smo mi bili u suturenu), lepo uređen sa svim što je potrebno. Plaža je blizu, na 5,6 min hoda. Mi smo bili sa dvoje male dece i oni su uživali. Sve preporuke od srca!
