Anastasia Apartments is located on a spacious and beautifully landscaped property (about 3000m2), full of flowers, paths and socializing facilities. Tucked in greenery and surrounded by the olive grove, this accommodation is a real oasis of peace.

Anastasia Apartments is located in Skala Potamia, 850m from the beach. It consists of six accommodation units, four quadruple apartments, one double and a triple room.

Basement:

Apartment no. 6 (30-34m2): In the air-conditioned bedroom there’s one double bed and a bathroom with bathtub, while in the room with a kitchen, separated by the doors, there are one single and an armchair bed.

First floor:

Apartment no. 1 (30-34m2): In the air-conditioned bedroom there’s one double bed, while in the separate kitchen there is one single and an armchair bed.
Apartment no. 2 (30-34m2): There are one double bed and a bathroom in the bedroom, while in a separate room with the kitchen there are two bunk beds and air conditioning.
Apartment no. 3 (30-34m2): The bedroom is fitted with a double bed, while the separate part with a kitchen features a single bed with a drawer bed, air conditioning and bathroom.
Room no. 4 (20m2) consists of one double and a single bed.
Room no. 5 (14m2) consists of one double bed narrower than standard.

Since rooms 4 and 5 have only a fridge, guests of these accommodation units can use a fully equipped shared kitchen in the basement. According to the owner’s words, big families often reserve both rooms because they are next to each other.

All accommodation units have a balcony (the apartment #6 has a sitting set in front of the entrance), a coffee maker, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, TV and a bathroom with a shower-bath without a curtain (the apartment #6 has a bathtub). Apartments on the high ground floor have a mini-stove with oven, while the apartment in the basement has a stove with oven.

Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done once a week.

What distinguishes this accommodation, is a large yard full of greenery, deck chairs and tables with chairs in the shade. A barbecue and private parking are also available.

If you’re arriving from the direction of Limenas, the accommodation is easily visible, located on the main road, across the Korina Hotel.

The nearest market and bakery are about 200m away.

If you’re looking for accommodation with a large and nicely decorated yard, Anastasia Apartments can be a good choice.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
