Our description
Katerina Studios is decent accommodation, with a large and beautifully landscaped yard full of flowers and greenery. Private parking is available for guests where they can leave their vehicle.
This accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, some 1.2 km from the sandy beach. The first market (Halkias) is located 600m from the accommodation.
Katerina Studios offers seven triple rooms (20m2) and two four-bed apartments (30m2).
Triple rooms consist of one double bed and a sofa bed for one child. They do not have a kitchen in their composition. The four-bed apartments have one separate bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed in the living room.
All accommodation units have a bathroom, TV and air conditioning, refrigerator and hairdryer. It should be noted that there are no hot plates in the accommodation units, but you can use them in the shared kitchen for that purpose.
The cleaning is done every two days, while the change of towels and bed linen every 4-5 days.
There is a private car park for guests of this accommodation.
The yard is beautifully landscaped, full of greenery and flowers and in addition it is fenced, for additional security and there is a playground for the youngest guests.
Katerina Studios is very easy to find. If you are coming from the direction of Limenas, when you pass the village of Panagia and the Halkias market, continue driving on the highway and on the right you will see an inscription for this accommodation. Right next door, there is the tavern To Steki, which is owned by the same owners.
If you want decent accommodation a little further away from the hustle and bustle of a tourist spot, Katerina Studios can be a good choice.
Skala Potamia is ideal for a quiet family holiday. If you want fun and entertainment, a larger selection of shops and restaurants, the capital Limenas is about 15 kilometers away.

Owner description
We are about 1.5km. from Potamia and about 700 meters from Golden Beach, the most amazing beach on Thassos.
At our little pension of 2 apartments and 7 rooms, allow us to fulfill all of your wishes. From a friendly smile and warm hospitality to spacious and comfortable rooms to a pleasant taverna serving the best of Greek cuisines, we do everything we can to make you feel at home.
Our rooms consist of a private bathroom, TV, air conditioning and a fridge. There is a community kitchen on the ground floor for our guests to use freely at any time they please. Space and comfort are what you'll find in our rooms, with incredible views to the lush mountains and a sight of the sea.
We offer plenty of parking space and also a large yard with a playground for our young friends.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
