Description
Semeli Studios is located on the first line from the sea in Skala Potamia. It is a high-quality accommodation with an excellent location, beautiful courtyard, bar, and other benefits for a pleasant stay.
The beach is on the right of the accommodation, you just need to cross the dirt road.
In total, there are ten air-conditioned accommodation units spread over two floors, six on the high ground floor and four on the first floor. The studios are for three persons, some of them have a double bed or two beds for one person, while the third bed is either a bed for one person or a sofa for one person. Also, there is one double deluxe room (30m2) with a double bed, a bathroom with a hydromassage bath, and
a bathroom with a hydromassage shower, as well as a view of the sea. Satellite TV, telephone, kitchen, safe, internet, hairdryer, bathroom slippers, and a balcony with a view of the sea or the mountain are also available to the guests.
There are two types of studios - superior (22m2) and deluxe (28m2). In the deluxe studios, there is a shower cabin, while in the superior studios, there is a shower tub with a curtain. Deluxe studios are more spacious than superior studios.
Cleaning is done every day, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

The yard is shared with the hotel Camellia. It features a playground and a bar. In the bar, you can pay for breakfast, and during the day you can order a salad, a light snack, or enjoy a good cocktail. A parking place is provided for all the guests.
Semeli Studios is at one of the best locations in Skala Potamia, in a very peaceful spot, close to the beach and all the amenities.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 70% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
