Alexander Studios is located in Skala Potamia, in the first row from the sea. The accommodation units are very neatly kept and most of them have direct sea view. The accommodation is located on a walking distance from all the amenities that Skala Potamia has to offer.

From the city center is 500m far and 270m from the city beach, which is sandy and with long shallow. Few meters from the villa, there is the first market.

It is an accommodation that has eight accommodation units - seven studios and one apartment. They are divided into two floors, three studios are on the ground floor while the other four studios and the apartment are on the first floor.

Ground Floor

• Studio No. 1 - it is a double studio with one double bed.

• Studio No. 2 - it is a quadruple studio with one double bed and two single beds. The size of this unit is smaller.

• Studio No. 3 - it is a triple studio that has one double and one single bed.

The balcony of the studio no.1 and 2 is not entirely closed and can be approached from the main sidewalk.

First floor

• Studio No. 9 - it is a double studio that has its own entrance, on the side of the building. It is consisted of one double bed and has a balcony with side sea view.

• Apartment No. 5 - it is a triple apartment that has one separated bedroom with a single bed and the other room with a double bed. In the room where the single bed is, there is also a completely equipped kitchen with big fridge. This room has access to the balcony with side sea view and so does the room with the double bed in it, so the balcony is shared.

• Studio No. 6 - it is a triple studio with one double and one single bed. The balcony has a sea view.

• Studio No. 7 - it is a double studio with one double bed. This unit is the smallest one so we recommend it to the guests that usually don’t spend the majority of time inside the room. Just as the studio No. 6, this studio also has a sea view, but the balcony is smaller.

• Studio No. 8 - it is a triple studio with a balcony that has a sea view and is consisted of one single and one double bed.

The kitchen in the most of the units is separated from the sleeping area (on some photos you can see how it looks like), except the ones in studios no. 2, 7 and 9 and in the apartment, where it is located in the room with beds. Kithen is equipped with necessary utensilis for food preparation. It is necessary to mention that the bathrooms are a bit smaller in all units. They all have a shower tray, without curtain or cabin, all are medium sized (rooms are not very spacious, but comfortable). The surface of the double studios is 15-18m2, triple studios from 18m2 till 23m2 while the surface of the quadruple studio and a triple apartment is 25m2.Every unit has a TV and A/C. Also, the guests have internet access, too.

Cleaning, change of towels and bed linen is done every three days.

This accommodation does not have its own parking space, but the guests can leave their vehicle nearby, where the public parking is located.

If you are coming from Limenas, it is best to come to the center of Skala Potamia and go down right next to the sea. Keep driving straight and right after En Plo cafe, drive few meters more and on your left side you will see a board that says Alexander Studios.

If you want accommodation in the first row from the sea, near the city center, restaurants and promenade, as well near to all amenities that Skala Potamia has to offer to its visitors, Alexander can be a good choice. Even if the furniture is older and wooden, everything is well kept.

Skala Potamia is ideal for a peaceful family vacation. If you seek fun and entertainment, a wide choice of shops and restaurants, there is the island’s capital Limenas that is some 15km away.
