Stefania Studios is an accommodation with an excellent location - close to the beach, market, bakery, practically in the very center of the place, so everything is very close to you. The property itself is beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained. Guests of this accommodation also have access to private parking.

The accommodation is located in the village of Skala Potamia, very close to the center and all the amenities this place offers, just 350 meters from the sandy city beach.

Stefania Studios offers ten accommodation units available for online reservations - one apartment and nine studios that can be sold as double, triple, quadruple, and quintuple.

The apartment, located on the second floor, features one double bed with another bed underneath, while the other room has two single beds.

The studios are spread across the first, second, and third floors.

The quintuple studios are located on the third floor. They consist of one double bed, two single beds, or bunk beds, and a pull-out bed.

The other studios consist of variations of single beds and double beds.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, TV, internet, and mosquito nets. Each bathroom has an open shower cabin. The size of the accommodation units ranges from an average of 18m2 to 22m2.

Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels are provided and done every three days.

The private parking is connected to the courtyard.

The courtyard is paved, partly shaded, and nicely landscaped. Guests also have access to a common barbecue area where they can enjoy and spend time with their family.

It is very easy to find, considering the good signage, so if you are coming from the direction of Skala Panagia, just drive straight towards the center, and after passing by the Niki market, you will come across Stefania Studios.

The nearest market is 100 meters away, and the bakery is 30 meters away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
