Stefania Studios is an accommodation with an excellent location - close to the beach, market, bakery, practically in the very center of the place, so everything is very close to you. The property itself is beautifully decorated and meticulously maintained. Guests of this accommodation also have access to private parking.
The accommodation is located in the village of Skala Potamia, very close to the center and all the amenities this place offers, just 350 meters from the sandy city beach.
Stefania Studios offers ten accommodation units available for online reservations - one apartment and nine studios that can be sold as double, triple, quadruple, and quintuple.
The apartment, located on the second floor, features one double bed with another bed underneath, while the other room has two single beds.
The studios are spread across the first, second, and third floors.
The quintuple studios are located on the third floor. They consist of one double bed, two single beds, or bunk beds, and a pull-out bed.
The other studios consist of variations of single beds and double beds.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, TV, internet, and mosquito nets. Each bathroom has an open shower cabin. The size of the accommodation units ranges from an average of 18m2 to 22m2.
Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels are provided and done every three days.
The private parking is connected to the courtyard.
The courtyard is paved, partly shaded, and nicely landscaped. Guests also have access to a common barbecue area where they can enjoy and spend time with their family.
It is very easy to find, considering the good signage, so if you are coming from the direction of Skala Panagia, just drive straight towards the center, and after passing by the Niki market, you will come across Stefania Studios.
The nearest market is 100 meters away, and the bakery is 30 meters away.

Owner description
Stefania Studios is located on the main road, just 300 meters from the beach in Skala Potamia, and a few minutes' walk to the center where restaurants, markets, bars, promenade, and shops are located.
The property has a ground floor (which is not available for online reservations), as well as the first, second, and third floors.
Guests have a total of 10 units at their disposal, one of which is an apartment, while the others are studios.
The apartment is a five-bedded one, while the studios can be double, triple, quadruple, or five-bedded as needed.
All units are equipped with air conditioning, a kitchen, a refrigerator, TV, and separate balconies. Additionally, all guests have access to the internet (WiFi) and a parking space.
Cleaning is done every other day, and halfway through the stay, the bed linen and towels are changed.
The courtyard is large and beautifully landscaped. If you are coming in a larger group, you will definitely enjoy socializing as there are two barbecues available to you, each with its own seating area (a large table and chairs), as well as two large and well-equipped summer kitchens where you can prepare food together with your friends.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Domaćini ljubazni, studio korektan, terasa iznad očekivanja. Više puta su nas pitali da li je potrebno dodatno čišćenje i zamena peškira.

Dobro veče, zanima me da li u periodu od 20og juna do 1og jula 2024.god, imate dva slobodna apartmana. Konkretno jedan (2 bed studio) za dvoje i odraslih i jedan ( 4 bed studio) za dvoje odraslih i troje dece od 5,3 i 1 godine. I zanima me da li je ova cena ili je nova. Hvala

Smestaj je odlican. Bas kako je i napisano prodavnice,pekare su svuda oko vas. A plaza prelepa. Gazde su divni ljudi,sta god da vam zatreba tu su da vam pomognu. Aparmani se ciste na 3 dana,sve je jako cisto.
