We stayed here from September 1st to 11th, 2024. Everything was excellent. The accommodation was outstanding. It was exceptionally clean. The bed linens are changed every 3 or 4 days, as arranged with the owners of the accommodation. The owners are very kind and helpful, always available for any assistance needed. The only minor complaint is about the size of the bathroom, which was a bit cramped and lacked a shower curtain. However, everything in it was new, tidy, and clean. Additionally, the refrigerator did not cool very effectively. Overall, we would definitely come back.

An excellent relationship with the landlord, which also requires immediate assistance, and the cleanliness of the studio is at the highest level.

The hosts were gracious, the studio was satisfactory, and the terrace exceeded our expectations. We were asked multiple times if additional cleaning or towel replacement was necessary.

The accommodation is excellent. Just as stated, shops and bakeries are all around you. The beach is beautiful. The hosts are wonderful people, always ready to assist you with whatever you need. The apartments are cleaned every three days, and everything is kept very clean.

In my opinion, this is one of the best accommodations in terms of price and quality. You have everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, and the rooms are spacious enough for the normal functioning of a family, while the beds are exceptionally comfortable.

Regarding the accommodation, we are very satisfied. The owners are exceptionally pleasant people, and the hygiene is more than adequate; the common areas for guests, as well as the villa's hallways, are cleaned daily, and everything smells fresh. The studios are cleaned every three days, at which point you receive fresh linens and towels. The kitchen is located on a terrace that is quite spacious, so you don't heat up the interior at all. Parking is available in the villa's courtyard, shaded under the grapevines. The villa's location is also good; there is a bakery across the street, markets nearby, and the sea can be seen from some of the terraces. One more piece of information: the villa is pet-friendly, which is likely to interest anyone bringing their pet to the seaside.

We ventured into the courtyard where we were greeted by a magnificent large building with an expansive parking area shaded from the sun. Furthermore, the amiable caretaker who welcomed us never strayed far from our room. The room was perfect. New, clean, and modern. It boasted a stunning view of the sea, and we relished our evenings on our terrace. There was a charming little pet that never left our side and was never a bother. I have no complaints whatsoever. Truly, it was excellent, and I highly recommend this studio to my friends who wish to visit Taso.

The kitchen is located on a spacious terrace, so you won't heat up the room while preparing meals. The cleaners are friendly and do not disturb our belongings; they leave everything in the place they found it. The villa owners are very kind and pleasant. What most guests are interested in is the private parking in the villa's courtyard, which is shaded under the grapevines. The only downside of the accommodation is the insufficient number of dishes for the guests of the studio, as well as a small pot and a coffee pot. Everything else is perfect, and we are very satisfied with the accommodation.

All recommendations for accommodation at Villa Stefanija are outstanding. The staff is exceptionally courteous and always at your service. We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation, the owners, the location, the city... and Nika. We traveled with a one-year-old baby, so comfort was essential for us, as well as the cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment and the property. The owner and his wife were warm and pleasant, communicative, and always ready to assist. They also speak German, which makes communication easier. Their effort and desire for improvement are evident. The bedding and apartment are changed, or rather cleaned every three days. The bathroom is small, but new, just like the quality furniture (no wobbling, creaking, dust, or similar issues). We were welcomed with towels and dishes, so there was no need to bring anything. More than we expected. The only drawback is that there are no facilities (courtyards, playgrounds) for small children. However, we did not feel this, as the baby enjoyed being with us! She was well-rested, well-fed, and in a good mood... Additionally, the villa is in an ideal location. Just a minute from the center, yet sufficiently isolated. There is no noise or chaos. Golden Beach is, if not the most beautiful, then the beach with the warmest water. We traveled over 600 km across the island. The most beautiful beaches include: Notos, Aliki (only until noon due to crowds), Makriamos (entrance fee of 3e, one of the most beautiful due to its neatness, amenities, sandy beach, and more), Paradis (enjoying the waves), Golden Beach (3/3 beaches, the one further from Potamija)... In the north, we were disappointed with Pahis (quickly hits the grass in the water, cold water), I assume Nisteri and Glifoneri are okay, we just viewed them. Although Glifoneri resembles Vukovar Ada. (: Just kidding, it's nice, all in shade, cozy... If I haven't mentioned it, Potamija is the most ideal place. Every beach is accessible. Next year we plan to visit the less attractive western coast and, of course, Atspas Beach. Psili Amos, in the south, which is beautiful, is overcrowded even on weekdays, so I wouldn't recommend it. Although beautiful like everything along that stretch, such as Notos, Agia Ana, Roso Gremos. The latter is private, costing 20e for 2 sunbeds and coffee. Be sure to visit St. Archangels. Theologos is in a remote area and there's no need to visit unless someone is eager to taste that famous lamb. Thank you, Nika, for your help, attentiveness, patience, and professionalism... I stayed at the mentioned property with my family from June 18 to June 27, 2017. The property is excellent; the studio is well-equipped, featuring an LCD television, air conditioning (which is complimentary), mosquito nets, and blinds on the windows. Bed linens and towels are changed every third day, and you also receive toilet paper, along with mini soaps and shampoos. In the courtyard, there is shaded parking under the grapevines, and a hose with a nozzle is available, so anyone wishing to wash their car after visiting the marble beach can do so. The majority of the guests are Romanians. The owners are cool individuals from the younger generation, very friendly, sociable, and enjoy mingling with Serbs. We vacationed here this month, of course through Nikana... We are extremely satisfied with our choice... Great location, excellent hosts, very courteous... The room is regularly cleaned and towels are changed.
