Accommodation description

Annmari Studios 2 is located not far from the beach and the very center of the village. It features a large fenced yard where the youngest visitors can play. Nearby, there is a large store, bakeries, and souvenir shops.

The accommodation is situated in the center of Skala Potamia, 200m away from the beach.

In its offer, Annmari Studios 2 has three studios (20m2) on the ground floor (you climb three steps), two of which are triple (double bed and a sofa bed) and one quadruple studio (double bed and bunk beds).

The balconies are located at the back of the house and partially overlook the sea and the yard. The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a kitchen, TV, and WiFi internet.

Cleaning, changing of bed linen, and towels is done every three days.

The yard is spacious and well-maintained, with a playground for children. Additionally, you have a barbecue at your disposal, as well as parking.

The accommodation is very clean and has an excellent location near the sandy beach, so it can be a good choice for a holiday in the true sense of the word.

Driving along the main road from Skala Panagia, before turning towards the center of Skala Potamia, you will see Annmari Studios 2 on your left.

The apartment is situated in an excellent location, very close to the beach and easily accessible. The courtyard is enchanting. There is ample space. Hygiene is at a high standard, as is the hospitality of the hosts. Highly recommended for accommodation.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
