Our description

Sole e Mare Studios is a new and modern accommodation, located somewhere in the middle of the bay, so both Golden Beach and Skala Potamia are easily accessible. Beside it, it is located at less than 100m from the organized, sandy beach and it has a private parking.

As we mentioned at the beginning, accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, 1,3km from the city center.

It's a nicely arranged accommodation, offering nine accommodation units, seven double rooms, one studio and one apartment.

Double rooms (17-20m2) have one double bed and they don't have kitchen. In two double rooms an extra bed can be added, if needed.
The quadruple studio (27m2) is located in the basement and it has one double and two bunk beds, no balcony and the illumination is lower.
The quadruple apartment (37m2) on the first floor has one double and one sofa bed (adults can also sleep there), as well as two balconies overlooking the sea and the mountain. It should be noted that the bathroom is in the bedroom and that this is the only accommodation unit in the house with a sea view.

Every accommodation unit has a bathroom, hairdryer, safe box, phone, TV, A/C, WiFi internet and other utilities necessary for a pleasant stay. Only the apartment and the semi-based studio have a kitchenette with a sink, dining set and plates, yet cooking and frying are not allowed, but only reheating milk, making coffee, tea and similar beverages.

Cleaning and towels replacement are done every day, while bed linen are replaced after three days.

In a very nicely arranged yard, there's a sitting area with garden furniture. A private parking is also available.

The closest supermarket with a small bakery is 50m from the house.

In order to reach the accommodation, if you are coming from the direction of Limenas, turn left next to Korina hotel and continue straight until you reach the crossroad where you should turn left again and drive straight until you don't see Sole e Mare on the right.

This newly built villa, constructed in 2013, is situated just 50m from the famous Golden beach on Thassos island. With such an advantageous position, your vacation on the island couldn't be less than magnificent. A luxury with taste creates the perfect scenery for your dream vacation. Enjoy the magnificent view over the beach and mountain from your room and let your senses feel the afternoon breeze over a drink or a dinner.

Our studios are located in the most beautiful spot, where Golden beach merges with Skala Potamia. Just a few meters from here, you'll find the municipal cafeteria with the organised beach that provides sunbeds and umbrellas. Sole e Mare Studios consist of eight studios and one apartment with two rooms. There's a big backyard with tables, chairs and a space for our little friends. Free parking space is also available.

Sole e Mare Studios is located in one of the most impressive places on Thassos, Golden beach. It's 12km away from Limenas, the capital and the port of the island and 4km away from the village Panagia. Golden Beach (or Skala Panagia) is the biggest coast on the whole island, awarded the Blue Flag and for those who love action, there's an opportunity for various water sports. There are great tavernas and cafeterias by the sea and supermarkets that make this place the perfect destination for many tourists who visit it every year. The hotel is just a breath away from the beach, with a quick access to the center of Golden Beach. You can also visit Skala Potamia, about a 5-minute by car away, with a very promising nightlife. You should not miss the chance to visit the village Panagia, the place that will amaze you with its unique Byzantine church and picturesque alleys. You can also follow the path toward the mountain Ipsarion and enjoy the view of our beautiful island.
