Accommodation description

Sole Mare Apartments is a new and modern accommodation, located somewhere in the middle of the bay, so both Golden Beach and Skala Potamia are easily accessible. Beside it, it is located at less than 100m from the organized, sandy beach and it has a private parking.

Accommodation units are located in two buildings and have capacity for two to four people.

Double rooms have one double bed and do not have a kitchen. The studio for two adults and two children is located in the basement and has one double bed and two bunk beds, no balcony and the lighting is a bit weaker. The four-bed apartment on the first floor has a French bed and a sofa bed that can be separated on which adults can also sleep, as well as two balconies with a view of the sea and the mountains. It should be noted that the bathroom is in the bedroom, and this is the only accommodation unit in the house that has a view of the sea.

In the new building there is a Superior two-bed studio with a double bed, a Junior Suite studio for three people, which contains a double bed and a sofa for one person, and a Superior Suite apartment with a capacity for three people, since it contains a double bed in a separate room and a sofa in the living room.

Each accommodation unit has a bathroom, hair dryer, safety deposit box, toiletries, flat screen TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet and other amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. The room has only a standard refrigerator and a Nespresso coffee machine, while the other accommodation units have a kitchenette with two glass-ceramic hotplates. Cooking and frying are not allowed, only heating milk, preparing coffee, tea and similar drinks.

Cleaning and towels replacement are done every day, while bed linen are replaced after three days.

In a very nicely arranged yard, there’s a sitting area with garden furniture. A private parking is also available.

The closest supermarket with a small bakery is 50m from the house.

In order to reach the accommodation, if you are coming from the direction of Limenas, turn left next to Korina hotel and continue straight until you reach the crossroad where you should turn left again and drive straight until you don’t see Sole Mare Apartments on the right.

If you’re looking for quality and modern accommodation close to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Sole Mare Apartments can be an excellent choice.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 21 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
