Carpe Diem Luxury Studios is a newly constructed accommodation located close to the beach, nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Skala Potamia. It is a property with beautiful and comfortably designed studios equipped with new and modern furniture. Guests of this accommodation also have access to private parking.

Carpe Diem, situated in the scenic area of Skala Potamia, offers you the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable vacation just 130 meters away from the stunning city beach. The nearest store, where you can find everything you need, including freshly baked goods, is only 250 meters from our property.

This accommodation features a total of seven studios: one double studio (23m²), two triple studios (23m²), and four quadruple studios (26m²). On the elevated ground floor, there is one quadruple studio, one triple studio, and one double studio, while the first floor houses one triple studio and three quadruple studios.

The bed arrangements in this property are diverse: the double studio includes a comfortable double bed, the triple studios have a double bed and a single bed, and the quadruple studios feature a double bed and a cozy sofa bed for two people with a standard mattress. Upon request, an additional bed can be added to two of the quadruple studios, with a slight reduction in space.

All studios have balconies with side sea views. Notably, one of the triple studios includes two balconies for added convenience.

Each studio is equipped with a kitchenette, including a small refrigerator and a two-burner induction stove; however, frying is prohibited. The kitchenettes are designed for preparing light meals and include only basic utensils. Bathrooms are fitted with glass partitions, and guests have access to air conditioning, a TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets.

Pets are welcome, but please inform us in advance when making your reservation.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, cleaning is done daily, towels are changed every fourth day, and bed linens are changed every second day.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
