Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

At InRoy SeaView Apartments, located in the idyllic village of Skala Potamia on the island of Thassos, you will find the perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty. The accommodation is situated on a hill, about 450m away from the city beach and 250m from the center.
Within this establishment, there are seven accommodation units.
The first building consists of two parts. Due to the cascading construction, the apartments on the left side are located on the high ground floor and the first floor (numbers 4 and 2), while the apartments on the right side are situated on the first and second floor (numbers 3 and 1). The apartments can accommodate two adults and two children, and consist of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two.
The maisonette on three levels can accommodate four adults. It comprises a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, two bedrooms - one in the basement and the other on the first floor, each with a double bed, and two bathrooms.
Two maisonettes on four levels can host six adults. They include a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed each, with one on the first floor and the other in the basement, while the third bedroom, located below the basement level, has two single beds.
From the veranda and balcony, equipped with seating sets, guests can enjoy a panoramic sea view, except for the apartments on the high ground floor and the first floor, which overlook the street.
All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer, and a kitchenette with two burners, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms feature a shower without a tub but with a glass panel.
A baby cot is available upon request.
The units are cleaned daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
Small pets are welcome with prior arrangement.
There is no private parking, but free parking spots can easily be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.
