Accommodation description

Heaven Studios is located in the eastern part of Thassos, in Skala Potamia, right next to the beach and promenade. It consists of three studios equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

As previously mentioned, the accommodation is situated in the very center of Skala Potamia, with the nearest market located 180m away. The beach is right across from the accommodation.

There are three studios available, each accommodating up to three persons. All studios are located on the first floor and have an area of 25m2. They consist of one double bed and an extra bed. Two studios at the front have a sea view, while the third studio has a mountain view.

Each studio is equipped with air conditioning, internet access, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, kettle, stove, and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathrooms have a shower with a curtain. A baby cot is available upon request. Pets are welcome with prior arrangement.

Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

All studios have a balcony. There is another balcony within the accommodation that is shared and available to all guests.

There is no private parking, but guests can park their vehicle in front of the accommodation or in nearby streets, where parking spaces are usually available.

We were accommodated in a studio with a view of the mountains. When we arrived at the accommodation, no one was there to welcome us. We have been vacationing in Greece for 15 years and this has never happened before. I called the owner, and she told me that the key was in the door and that we could go in. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The kitchen had only a small saucepan, and the plates were dirty. There were three of us in the room, and we had two cups. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The accommodation description says that the room is cleaned every day, but in 11 days it was cleaned twice. There is no mosquito net on the terrace. There are no clothes pegs. There are more drawbacks, but I do not feel like listing them all. The price of the accommodation is too high for such a low quality of accommodation and service.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
