Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Memories Villa is located in the village of Skala Potamia, in an excellent location near the center and all the amenities that this place offers. The sandy city beach is about 300m away from the accommodation. Guests have access to private parking within the courtyard.
The villa offers six accommodation units, including two five-bed apartments and four studios - two four-bed, one three-bed, and one two-bed. On the ground floor, there is apartment no.1 and a three-bed studio no.2, while all other units are on the first floor.
The two-bed studio has a double bed, the three-bed studio has three single beds, two of which are connected, while the four-bed studios have a double or two connected single beds with an additional single bed and a folding armchair. In the apartments, there are four single beds (two connected) and an additional single bed (apartment no.4 has a trundle bed).
All units are equipped with air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer, kitchen with a hot plate, small fridge, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. The bathrooms have a bathtub (apartment no.1 on the ground floor), a shower without a tub with a curtain (apartment no.4 and studio no.2), while the other units have a shower tub with a glass partition.
The courtyard is fenced and offers private parking for four cars (others can park in front of the gate or near the accommodation), as well as a shared barbecue. All accommodation units have their own balcony/veranda, and the units on the first floor have a sea view. Only apartment no.4 has a direct sea view.
Pets are not allowed. The accommodation units are cleaned daily, and the change of bed linen and towels is done every two to three days.
Within a distance of about 100m, there are restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops, and clothing stores. Near the accommodation, there is a bakery, a pastry shop, and a cafe with a small children's playground.
