Accommodation description

Nefeli Apartment is located just 30m away from the beach in the village of Skala Potamia. Its location is exceptional, considering that it is only a five-minute walk from the center, so it is in close proximity to markets, taverns, and cafes.

The apartment (55m²) is situated on the first floor, above the Molos Snack Bar. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, where there are two sofa beds, and a separate bedroom with a double bed. It is designed for up to four adults and two children.

Guests have access to air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet, washing machine, hairdryer, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, while a baby cot is available upon request. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four burners and an oven, a microwave, and a toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a curtain.

The apartment does not have a balcony, but there is a sea view from the window.

Bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment themselves, and they have access to a vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, and other necessary equipment.

Pets are allowed to stay. Parking is provided in the courtyard of the Nefeli Studios accommodation, located behind the Molos Snack Bar.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
