Hotel Description

Argiro Studios is an older accommodation, but freshly renovated, and the interior of the units is completely refurbished. The larger part of the yard is in the shade and the guests have barbecue and a common space to enjoy and a private parking.

Argiro studios are located in Skala Rachoni, around 200m away from the nearest beach. In Skala Rachoni you can find few markets, the closest being 400m away from accommodation, while the largest on the island, Latsouris, is about 1km away.

The accommodation has being renovated in 2015., and in its offer you can find 6 studios, divided into two floors, two of them in high ground and four on the upper floor. Each studio has one twin bed with no space between, and one single bed. The owner can put one extra bed so four persons can accommodate here. The units have sea view but we have to mention that because of the trees growing in front of the villa, this view can be partial.

The balconies are middle sized and what is interesting is that you can open the doors that divides the balconies and in that way, two families that rent the studios that are one next to each other, can have common balcony. Only two studios don’t have this possibility. The size of the studios is 30m2.

Each studio has fully equipped kitchenette, hair dryer, TV and A/C, iron etc. Baby cot is also available, upon request. The bathrooms have curtains and there are mosquito nets on the windows.

Pets are welcome but before the reservation, it is mandatory to mention that you have a pet.

The change of towels and bed linen is done every 3 days, while the cleaning is done on a regular day basis.

Is has spacious yard, surrounded with greenery. IT has a barbecue and a common area to sit and enjoy.

There is a private parking for the guests.

If you are coming from Limenas, on the right side of the main road you can easy spot this villa.

If you want quality accommodation, with spacious yard in the shades, Argiro can be a good choice.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
