We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation. The studio is clean and comfortable, equipped with sufficient kitchenware. We had a large terrace with a stunning view of the sea. The yard is spacious, beautiful, and filled with olive trees. The owners are wonderful people and are always present in the house and yard, so they are readily available if you need anything. The beach near the accommodation was lovely, shaded by pines, and ideal for children. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation.

A beautiful wild sandy beach with natural shade, a long shallow area, and crystal-clear water is nearby, just about 50 meters from the accommodation, making it perfect for children. Additionally, on either side, within a hundred meters, there are two well-maintained beaches equipped with sun loungers and bars. The accommodation itself is clean, well-furnished, equipped with mosquito nets, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The terrace is spacious and pleasant, featuring a clothes dryer. The kitchen is small but contains everything necessary for meal preparation. The internet connection is good. Cleaning and towel replacement occur every three days. The yard is vast and beautifully maintained, surrounded by olive trees, providing ample natural shade for parking. In the yard, there are several seating areas for relaxation and socializing, as well as toys and swings for children. A supermarket is nearby. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent.

It is ideal for children as it remains shallow for a long distance. The apartment is perfectly clean with new furniture. Bed linens and towels are changed every third day, along with the cleaning of the floors in the rooms and bathroom. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The yard is well-kept, featuring swings for children, a barbecue area, and a gazebo for outdoor seating. Mosquito nets, awnings, air conditioning, TV, internet... everything works flawlessly.

Arriba plaza, our favorite, with its thick shade, is located about 500 meters away. All praises for the accommodation and the owners; everything was excellent!

My wife, son, and I were guests at Xanthoule from July 5th to July 19th, 2015. The studio we stayed in (a four-person unit on the ground floor) was furnished as depicted in the photographs; it is spacious enough and features a large terrace. The kitchen is quite satisfactory, equipped with ample dishes and utensils. In addition to what was mentioned in the description, the studio also includes a hairdryer. The balcony doors and windows are fitted with mosquito nets. We were extremely pleased with the service: the landlady cleaned the studio every third day, which included tidying up, changing linens and towels, and providing additional toilet paper... Furthermore, the landlady and landlord are very pleasant and unobtrusive people; they live in a separate house within the same olive-filled courtyard. They speak English a little less fluently, but we had no trouble communicating. The courtyard also features four swings for children. We parked in the courtyard under the shade of the olive trees. The nearby beach is sandy, with occasional natural shade, and the shallow area is quite extensive. The nearest café with sun loungers and umbrellas is about 300 meters away. Overall, we are very satisfied and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a true getaway.
