Our description
Xanthoula Studios is an accommodation in Skala Rachoni, few steps from the beach but far enough from the traffic, the thing that makes this accommodation an ideal choice for a vacation in the right sense of the word. The house is surrounded with olive trees, has a lots of shade and a big yard to enjoy.
Xanthoula Studios is about 150m away from the sea, 3km away from the port in Skala Prinos and 13km away from Limenas.
Accommodation consists of six studios (about 20m2), one duplex apartment and two apartments (32m2). The four studios are located on the first floor and two of them have three single beds while the other two have one double and one single bed. The studios that have three single beds, an armchair can be added. The other two studios are located on the second floor and one of them has three single beds and an armchair can be added, while the other studio has a double and a single bed.
The apartment with two separate bedrooms (30m2) is located on the second floor and one of the bedrooms has a double bed while the other one has two single beds.
Two apartments on the last floor have one separate bedroom with a double bed inside and a living room with a folding sofa bed where two adults can sleep. The apartments are the same, with exception of one that has a lower ceiling. Both of the apartments have a sea view.
Cleaning, towels and linen change is done every three days.
In the courtyard you'll find a parking lot, playground and grill facilities with covered kiosk, two tables and chairs.
The nearest supermarket and bakery are about 600m away.
The villa is surrounded by olive groves, it's close to sandy beach, and away from the crowds and traffic - ideal for a holiday in the true sense of the word. All tourist amenities are within a two minute drive, therefor Xanthoula Studios can be a good choice for your holiday.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Cist smestaj, ciste i menjaju posteljinu na tri dana kao sto.ke napisano, mi smo bili u app na spratu, sa jedne strane pogled na planinu sa druge na more, cujete talase iz kreveta. Domacini ljubazni, plaza na dva minuta hoda, za decu idealna. Veliki market blizu na 600m, predivno, mir i tisina.

Mir, tisina i odmor, apartman je nov, sve je cisto, posteljinu menjaju na tri dana i ciste, domacini ljubazni i tu su bili za sve sto nas je zanimalo, plaza za decu fantasticna na dva minuta hoda, imaju market koji je blizu, centar je malo dalje i tu imaju tri restorana i uvek je puno i super klopa. Prezadovoljni smo i prsrecni.

Izuzetno čisto, udobno, domaćini veoma ljubazni. Kuća okružena maslinjacima, veliko dvorište, mesta za parkiranje u hladu maslina. Poseduju sve što Vam treba za kvalitetan odmor. Plaža je na samo 5 minuta hoda, restorani i jedan od najvećih supermarketa na 10 minuta...

The owners were very kind and for us was a pleasant to meet them.Thalocation is perfect, especially for familiest with kids, because except that the beach is veru close, there are a good restourant and supermarket near the acommodation, so it was very comfortable for us. The studio and the patio were very clean and tidy. There are big parking for the cars. Highly recommend. My family and I were very satisfied
