Amarilia Studios is a nice family villa that offers studios for four people and one big apartment. It is located in Skala Rachoni, only 10 minutes from the beach. It is a clean and popular accommodation, on a great and peaceful location.

The villa is 1km from the center and 8km from Limenas. From Pachis, the villa is 2km away.

The beach is 150m away and it’s sandy, with gradual depth and natural shade.

The accommodation offers studios for two, three and four people, as well as one four-bed apartment. One double studio, two triple and two quadruple studios, as well as one apartment, will be available for booking in the 2026 season.

The double studios (28m2) have two single beds or one double bed (with two joined mattresses).

The third bed in the 3 bed studios (28m2) is a standard bed or it is an extra bed.

The size of the 4 bed studios is 30m2 and they are equipped with two single beds and bunk beds.

All studios have a fully equipped kitchen, TV, air conditioner, balcony, bathroom, hairdryer and WiFi internet, while the crib and can be provided on request.

The 4 bed apartments is a duplex which means it has two separate bedrooms (on the upper floor) and a living room with kitchen and dining room. It is very spacious (65m2). There are double beds in the bedrooms and the living room has a sofa that opens, where one child, or two children, can sleep. The balcony overlooks the yard. The bathroom has a bath tub and the kitchen is big and equipped good.

Cleaning is performed every day, while bed linen and towels are replaced after three days.

In the beautifully arranged garden with grassy areas, there’s a built barbecue and furniture for sitting and enjoyment and a private parking is also available.

Coming from Limenas, on your left side of the main road, you will see a sign that says Amarilia. As soon as you make the turn, the villa will be on your right side.

If you’re looking for a nice accommodation in a quiet location near the beach, Amarilia Studios can be a good choice. It’s at about 1km from the city center, 8km from Limenas and at only 2km from Pachis beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The apartment is cleaned daily. It is tidy, spotless, and features a beautiful courtyard perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. The hospitality is exceptional.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
