It is a one-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to four people.

The apartment (33m2) is located on the first floor and has a separate bedroom, as well as a large balcony overlooking the pool and the courtyard. It consists of a double bed and a sofa for two.

Guests have access to WiFi, TV, two A/Cs, washing machine, hairdryer, mosquito nets, equipped kitchen with two hotplates, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, and a standard refrigerator with freezing compartment. The bathroom features a shower cabin with a glass partition. Baby cot is also avaiblable, which is given upon request.

Guests arrive at a clean accommodation, and they are responsible for maintaining its hygiene during their stay, for which they are provided with all necessary supplies. If the length of stay is between 7 and 10 days (or more), an additional set of towels and bed linen will be available to guests.

The backyard is well-maintained, and the lawn is well-kept. It also includes a pool, which is available to all visitors of this complex. The owners of the Mare Blue The Vintage Suite have provided a set of sun loungers, reserved only for their guests.

There is no private parking, but vehicles can be parked in front of the accommodation, where there is usually space available.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

For full payment, a 10% discount is granted, but without the right to free cancellation or transfer of the reservation to the following year. Minimum length of stay is four nights.
