Parisis Apartments is an accommodation located in the first row by the sea, in a very peaceful location. The yard is beautifully landscaped and enclosed, full of flowers and greenery, making it an ideal accommodation for families with children.
This property is located in Skala Sotiros, about forty meters away from a small beach and 130m from a larger beach and the first beach bar. The first shop is located 550m away from the accommodation.
This accommodation offers two apartments on the ground floor - one four-bed with one separate bedroom (50m2) and one five-bed, with two separate bedrooms (50m2).
The four-bed apartment is located at the back of the yard, with one double bed in the bedroom and two sofas in the living room. In the living room, where the two sofas are, there is also a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a large refrigerator, as well as necessary kitchenware. In front of the unit entrance, there is a seating area with a table and chairs overlooking the backyard.
The five-bed apartment with two bedrooms is located at the front of the yard and is the first unit you come across when entering the yard. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has one double bed of narrower dimensions than standard and one single bed. The kitchen is located in the second room, right next to it, and only the guests of this apartment can use it. It contains a stove, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The bathroom is also located in this separate room. In front of the entrance to this apartment, there is a veranda with a table and chairs overlooking the sea.
The units have a TV and air conditioning (the five-bed apartment has two air conditioners, one in each bedroom), internet access, and mosquito nets.
The yard is truly beautiful, and the owners take great care of it. It is full of flowers, the lawn is regularly maintained, and there is a covered area where you can sit and relax.
The accommodation has a private parking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
