Our description
Zoe Hotel is located near the popular Tripiti Beach and offers guests a great selection of rooms that can be booked on a half board basis. Some units also have sea view. Guests have access to a swimming pool and parking in front of the property.
The hotel is 200m away from the beach, while the nearest supermarket and the town of Limenaria are 2.5km away.
Zoe Hotel has 102 rooms arranged in 10 bungalows located on a slope. The units at the top of the hill have sea view. There are several types of rooms and all units are decorated differently and have their own balcony.
The Double Deluxe Room and Double Superior Room are designed for two people and have one double or two single beds.
Triple Deluxe Room and Triple Superior Room are designed for three people and have three single beds, two of which can be joined.
Family Deluxe Room and Family Superior Room are the only two to have separate rooms and can accommodate up to four people. Mostl of them have one double bed and two single beds or a sofa bed.
At the reception there is a swimming pool intended for hotel guests, a restaurant and a bar. Within the complex there is a playground for children.
Coming from the Prinos direction you will see the Zoe Hotel on the left side of the road, on the first bend after the Blue Dream Hotel.
This hotel is an ideal choice for anyone looking for accommodation with a pool near the beach.

Owners description
Zoe - the Greek word ''life'' is here to give the inspiration of a new natural lifestyle hotel. Surrounded by the mountain, a complex of 12 buildings, in combination with the architecture and design of a small Greek ancient village, on the hill, offers an amphitheatrically view of the blue Aegean Sea. To experience the Greek hospitality “filoxenia”, through the soft beauty, full of character and comfort in touch with local culture.
Balcony with view to the center of the village, SAT TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer, free toiletries, bathroom with shower, kitchenette, refrigerator, electric kettle, kitchenware, electric stoves, furnished balcony, towels and linen...
The upper floors are accessible only by ladder. Air conditioning with extra charge.
Superior Room
The superior room has a modern design and can accommodate 2+1 guests. It features a comfortable double bed and an additional camp bed in case of a 3rd guest, the room also has a modern en-suite bathroom.
Depending on the actual room it can either have yard or sea view. Furthermore the room is equipped with a mutlitude of amenities that will ensure a relaxed stay.
Deluxe Room
The deluxe room is spacious and can accommodate 2+1 guests. It features a comfortable double bed, a sofa as well and an additional camp bed in case of a 3rd guest, the room also has a modern en-suite bathroom.
Depending on the actual room it can either have a yard or sea view. Furthermore the room is equipped with a mutlitude of amenities that will ensure a relaxed stay.
Family Deluxe Room
The family deluxe room is ideal for families or friends since it can accommodate up to four guests. The room has two separate bedrooms with connecting door. The main bedroom features a double bed while the second bedroom has two standard single beds.
Furthermore the room features a modern en-suite bathroom and is equipped with a mutlitude of amenities that will ensure a comfortable & relaxed stay.

Prices are per night for two persons on bed and breakfast basis (BB).
REMARK
- Children up to 1,99 years don't pay an additional supplement for accommodation.
- Persons over 12 years old are considered as adults.
- Sunbeds and baldachins next to the pool and on the beach can be used with an ordered drink.
- There is an all-inclusive option on special request.
SUPPLEMENT
- In Double Deluxe rooms the supplement for the third adult is 60% of the price for one person, and for children from 2-11,99 y.o. is 40% of the price for one person.
- In Family Superior and Family Deluxe rooms supplement for the third and 4th adult is 40% of the price for one person, and supplement for third and 4th children from 2-11,99 y.o. is 30% of the price for one person.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Supruga i ja letovali smo u bungalovima prosle 2013te i ove 2014te godine krajem juna. Sve u svemu, mogu reci koliko para toliko muzike. Definitivno smo 2013te bili prezadovoljni uslugom u odnosu na cenu, pa smo se zato i ove godine odlucili za bungalove, ali ove godine usluga je mnogo losija. Sto se tice higijene, jako lose. Stolnjaci u restoranu uzasno prljavi i nikad se ne peru. Prosle godine su svaki dan spremacice cistile sobe i iznosile djubre, dok ove godine za 12 dana spremacica je bila svega 2 puta i ni jednom nam nije promenila peskire i posteljinu. Takodje hrana, mnogo mnogo losija u odnosu na proslu godinu. Dorucak u principu ok, dok je vecera bila ukusna, ali daleko manji izbor nego prosle godine. Nama to u principu nije smetalo, bitno nam je bilo more i plaza. Doduse ove godine nije bilo hotelskih lezaljki na plazi (stoje iza recepcije, verovatno nema ko da ih odnese na plazu)...Wi fi samo na recepciji i ako imate srece mozda uspete da otvorite neku stranicu. Ali mir i zelenilo u kojem se nalaze bungalovi su idealno mesto za miran odmor, tako da smo mi u sustini zadovoljni. Idealno za porodice sa decom. Kompleks je sjajno zamisljen i vidi se da je nekad stvarno bio medju najboljima na ostrvu i steta je sto su ga godine pregazile, a nije se ulagalo.Mada uz malo vise rada, opet bi mogao biti medju boljima na ostrvu.

Postovani, mnogo je bolje, nemojte brinuti. Pre dve godine, kada se promenio gazda hotela, tada je bilo dosta negatvnih komentara. Sada je ipak drugacije i vec prosle godine su gosti uglavnom bili zadovoljni. Pozdrav
