The overall impression of the service quality and the staff's friendliness is marred only by the exceptionally poor breakfast. It feels as though you are having breakfast in a significantly inferior hotel.

We spent a beautiful seven days at the Akti Hotel. The hotel is exceptional, as are the owners and all the staff. Our room was cleaned every day, and towels and bed linens were regularly changed. I don't know what Bosnia and Herzegovina would say, except that we are extremely satisfied. Thank you, Nikana! You are wonderful!

A wonderful place for all who appreciate tranquility. I recommend Oasis Beach, located just a five-minute walk from the accommodation. This beach is never overly crowded, making it ideal for those who enjoy spending the entire day by the sea.

The Akti hotel is situated in an excellent location. The beach is located just across from the hotel, which is very convenient. The beach is beautiful, not overly crowded, and sunbeds are free of charge, although consumption is mandatory. They changed our towels and cleaned the room every day, while the bed linens were changed every other day. This hotel comes highly recommended. The only minor complaint is regarding the breakfast, which was rather monotonous and modest.

All praises to the hosts. The accommodation is phenomenal, located right on the beach, which is beautifully arranged and free from crowds. The pool is fantastic, cleaned daily. The breakfast is modest but entirely sufficient. The dinner is very tasty and plentiful. The cleanliness of the accommodation is at a commendable level. The accommodation is cleaned every day, towels are changed every other day, and bed linens are changed every third day. An excellent location for families with small children, as well as for everyone else. The staff is friendly. It is a small and peaceful place, and for those who seek a lively atmosphere, Limenarija and Potos are just a few minutes' walk away.

The hotel is excellent... suitable for everyone, including families with children, young couples, and older couples visiting alone... I highly recommend this accommodation; the rooms are comfortable and tidy... just like in the photographs, it seems they clean them every day... they change the towels quite frequently, and the staff is wonderful and courteous... the food included in the half-board is more than satisfactory - for breakfast, there is a rich buffet, and for dinner, you have soup, Greek salad, and you can choose between two main courses offered... The beach is very beautiful... the hotel's location is excellent... just a 3-minute drive from Limenaria and Potos... Truly, it deserves all the praise....

We stayed at the Akti Hotel from July 2nd to July 11th, 2019, and we are completely satisfied. This is our fifth visit to Thassos, and for the first time, we stayed in Pefkari. The hotel fulfilled all that was promised; a crib for the baby awaited us, and the room with a sea view was extremely important to us this year (we have never had that anywhere before). The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and clean. They changed the towels every two or three days and the bed linens once during our stay. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, a hairdryer, and a safe. There are enough power outlets, even on the terrace. The service was excellent; everyone was lovely... the food was perfect (appetizer, Greek of course, you choose between two main dishes and dessert), breakfast is always boring and the same everywhere, yet sufficient, we didn’t need anything more. The beach is beautiful, and the entrance to the sea is right by the hotel. The pool is adorable... I would always recommend it, all the best and greetings :)

Today we are leaving this hotel to return to Serbia. A wonderful hotel with fantastic hosts, relaxed and ready to assist. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful; you can order anything, without obligation, and receive sun loungers for as long as you need. The hygiene is excellent; they clean the room every day and provide towels. All the beaches are nearby, and you can explore them on both sides. The food is decent and tasty. Highly recommended. As a family, my husband and I, along with our two children aged 14 and 11, stayed at the Akti Hotel from July 17 to July 29, 2016. The accommodation was phenomenal. Towels were changed daily, a service we did not experience even in four-star hotels. It was exceptionally clean. A delightful surprise was the pool, which was opened for use a few days before our arrival. Although not large, it was truly exceptional. We have nothing but praise for the hotel staff. We had half-board, with breakfast served as a buffet and dinner consisting of appetizers, a choice of three salads, two main courses, and a mandatory dessert. We were extremely satisfied with the food. Pefkari itself is small but very pleasant. It is a place for true relaxation, free from loud music and crowds. The beach is, in our opinion, one of the best on Thassos. The sea is clear, justifying its "blue" flag status. The arrangement of sunbeds (sets of two sunbeds and an umbrella) in front of the Akti Hotel was at a decent distance, which particularly delighted us. Usage was free with a drink order. Entering the water posed no problem for us. In the evenings, just a few minutes' walk away, we visited Potos, which is the complete opposite of Pefkari and did not appeal to us. I believe we will certainly repeat our vacation at this location and in this accommodation.

The hotel is excellent, fully renovated, located across from the beach in Pefkari, which is not crowded, yet close to Potos, reachable on foot in 10 minutes. The apartments are comfortable and beautiful, especially the ground-floor apartment across from the beach, while the family rooms with bunk beds are nice and well-decorated, but may feel a bit cramped for those with older children. The beach in Pefkari is lovely, partially sandy and partially with small pebbles. However, there are rocks in the water, and a bit further out, sea urchins.

I stayed at the Akti hotel with my family from June 22 to July 2, 2015. The hotel has been renovated, fully illuminated with LED lights, and surrounded by pine trees (the LED lighting becomes particularly striking at night). Internet is available in the rooms and on the beach. The rooms are kept impeccably clean (I didn't even notice the cleaning staff), and the linens and towels are changed every two to three days (as needed). We even had two TVs in our small room (the downside is that they are from the same manufacturer, so the remote changes channels simultaneously on both TVs, due to their positioning, which did not bother us as we did not use them). There is an RTS satellite channel. The beds are comfortable, and the safe and air conditioning are included in the price. Hot water is available throughout the day. There is a refrigerator in the room. We had a side view of the sea and a quality seating set on the terrace. The food is delicious, and the larger portions are sufficiently generous. For breakfast, there is a classic continental buffet with coffee, milk, juice, or water, while for dinner, you have a choice of three types of dishes, soup, salad, and dessert. The hosts (Dina) are friendly and accommodating, the hotel is family-oriented, and I have no complaints. On the beach, sunbeds and umbrellas are free with a drink. The water is clear, and the shore is slightly pebbly. There are also rocks on both sides of Pefkari Bay, for diving and exploration enthusiasts. The entrance to the water is rocky, and shortly after, there are sea urchins. The only clean entrance to the water is in the area of the sports and recreational offerings "Albatros," which is marked by buoys. There is also a diving school next to the hotel. Pefkari is connected by pedestrian and vehicular paths to Potos and Limenaria. It is a 5-minute walk to Potos and 25-30 minutes to Limenaria. In the town itself, there are 4-5 hotels, a few apartment buildings, several shops, restaurants, a campsite, and finally, towards Potos, the "Aleksandra beach" hotel.

During the period from August 9, 2013, to August 23, 2013, I stayed with my family at the Akti Hotel in Pefkari. The rooms are small and modestly furnished, yet they are exceptionally clean. Bed linens are changed every three days, while towels are replaced every two days. The rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel is located right by the beach. The beach is beautiful and pristine. There were no crowds despite my visit during peak season. The beach is occasionally sandy, but also has pebbles. Regarding the food, breakfast is a classic continental style, somewhat monotonous. Dinner is phenomenal, consisting of appetizers, a main course (choice of three or four), salad, and dessert. It primarily features Greek national cuisine. The portions are generous, and the food is generally very tasty.

From August 2nd to September 5th, 2012, I vacationed with my husband. It was truly delightful; the hotel was beautiful, offering a stunning view of the sea. The owners were exceptionally kind and attentive. The food was excellent and homemade. The beach and the sea were remarkable. The only drawback is that the entry into the sea is not suitable for small children because the flat stones are very slippery.

From July 15 to July 25, 2012, I traveled with my wife and child. Our experience was exceptionally positive. Considering it is a two-star hotel, the food was quite satisfactory, especially dinner. The service was prompt, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The owner is a very hardworking woman who does not spend much time with the guests as she is constantly working, but she was always there to help and accommodate us. Their assistance when our car broke down was invaluable. The hotel has a fantastic location, is clean, and well-maintained. It was the guests who knew how to enhance our experience but also spoil it with their noise. In short, we were truly satisfied with the hotel.

Duration of stay: June 2011, half-board at Novosađani - a married couple with a baby. The accommodation is solid and clean, with spacious rooms featuring terraces, delicious and varied food available at any time upon request. The location is excellent, as the accommodation is almost right on the beach (separated by a road a few meters wide), with a separate restaurant on the beach. There is ample parking space in the shade. The hosts are welcoming, friendly, and always available. A big shout-out to the owner, Dina Konstandini :-)

Family vacation, June/July 2010

I vacationed with my husband and our two young children (8 years old and 10 months) in August 2011. The hotel is modest yet beautiful, located right on the beach, and the restaurant is also by the shore, offering a stunning view of Athos. The sea was crystal clear throughout our 15-day stay. The kind owner even provided us with a second room due to an administrative error at the agency. The food was good; breakfast was light, but dinner was superb. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the linens are changed every five days. The rooms are quite small, but since we only sleep at the beach, it's sufficient. The beach is gorgeous, and there is never a crowd, especially considering Potos is 700 meters away, where it gets very busy. It is recommended to travel by car; we visited five different beaches and took various ferries. On our way back, we passed through Kavala, which is beautiful.

The hotel is located right on the beach and has its own parking. The rooms are small, featuring a bathroom and a terrace, which suited us perfectly as there were just two of us. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed, and the bed linens are replaced once more during our stay. The hotel offers wireless internet and a restaurant on-site, situated between the hotel and the beach. The view is fantastic, and the food is diverse (the only downside is that breakfast can be a bit monotonous). The beach in front of Aktia is pebbly and does not quite compare to other beautiful beaches (Aliki, Paradise, Mermerna, Psiliamos...). Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for a fee. A significant advantage is that Limenarija and Potos are nearby. The location itself is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for romantic couples and families with children. The owners of Aktia are true hosts, always smiling and ready to assist the guests.
