Hotel Description

Akti Hotel is a quality accommodation in Pefkari and it’s located on the beach. Staying in Akti hotels has many advantages: quite place, nice beach, private parking, amazing sea view, renovated and very clean rooms, while Potos with all the contents is only 10 minutes walking away.

The hotel is completely renovated in 2014. The swimming pool was built for the season 2016. There are 23 units in total- 18 rooms, two suites and three apartments located on the ground, first and second floor.

Rooms can be double, triple and quadruple. Double rooms have one double bed while triple rooms have one double and a single bed. Quadruple rooms are located on the ground floor, they have one double and two bunk beds, so they’re more suitable for families with children.

Suites have one double and two single beds, so they are suitable for four people.

The apartments have two rooms, a bedroom with one double bed and a terrace access, while in the other room there are two bunk beds and the exit to the terrace. One of the apartments is located on the ground floor, while the other two are on the first floor.

All accommodation units (between 20 and 25m2) have a TV, air conditioning, fridge, hairdryer, safe box, mosquito nets, bathroom with a shower cabin and private terraces, mostly with a fantastic sea view. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with new and high-quality modern furniture. WiFi internet is available in the rooms, the restaurant, the café and on the beach.

You can use the half board service at the hotel restaurant. Restaurant Akti is famous for its good local cuisine, so you can try traditional Greek dishes.

Cleaning, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done for four days.

The beach is pebbly and arranged, and with a paid drink you can use deck chairs and parasols.

The hotel has a private car park.

Arriving from Limenaria, 100m after the right turn off the main road, you’ll see the hotel Akti on the left side of the road, immediately after hotel Esperia.

Hotel Akti is an excellent choice if you choose Pefkari. The advantage of staying in Pefkari is the peace that offers, proximity to the beach and private parking, while Potos is at only a 10-minute walk and offers plenty of facilities for tourists, a wide choice of shops, restaurants, taverns and bars.

If you want a vacation in a true sense of the word, in a quiet location, a few steps from the beach, Akti Hotel can be a good choice.

An exceptionally pleasant stay, with friendly staff and owner, very clean and tidy, a place that is quiet and peaceful, highly recommended for families with small children.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
