Our description
Ermioni Villa is located on the Tripiti beach. There is old and new part so the guests can choose the units they like. Private parking is provided.
The beach is around 50m away from the villa. Wide and sandy beach is ideal for sports such as wallyball. In the sea there are plates in the shallow water. There is also one beach bar. Center of Limenaria with all the shops is 2,6km away.
Ermioni has two houses that are next to each other. The new villa was built in 2016 and has two storeys. In the ground floor there are two double studios (20m2) that were once connected with a door, but not anymore. These units have a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen. All the units have a balcony with a garden view. Some are bigger than the others. On the upper floor there are two maisonettes (35m2). On the lower level there two single beds and in the gallery there is one standard double bed. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a small oven. New villa is consists of two accommodations. One is on the left and the other one is on the right side and they have names Ermioni Villa and Ermioni Fresh Villa.
The other villa has been partially renovated in 2013 and owners are taking good care of premises. The old villa has ten double studios in total (two separate accommodations) but five on the second floor belong to Ermioni villa. The terraces are of medium size, enough for two. You can add an extra bed according to your wishes, but then it becomes quite cramped. All studios have two single beds. In the bathroom there are only tiles with the curtain.
Cleaning and the change of the linen and towels are carried out every three to four days. Internet access is provided in the house.
The house has a large garden and parking in it. The whole garden and the house are shaded by pine trees.
Parking is provided for all guests.
The beach is appropriate for young swimmers, as it is wide and sandy on the coast, ideal for sports (volleyball, etc.), there’s no shallow water, the bottom is rocky, the beach bar with deck chairs is excellent for chilling.
When arriving from direction of Prinos, 5km after Skala Maries, you will see Hotel Blue Dream Palace, then Tripiti bungalows and after a curve one right turn at the road leading to the beach. After you turn you'll see two villas on the right side of the dirt road, surrounded by pine trees in a big yard.
Ermioni Villa is and ideal option for those who want a secluded accommodation on the beach.

Owners description
In one of the most picturesque villages of Thassos island, Limenaria, to the beautiful beach of Tripiti, among a green view of the pine and fruit trees there is Villa Emrioni.
Villa Ermioni consists of 5 rooms in the second floor of the building, that have private kitchen and bathroom. All rooms are double and we may add an extra bed. All rooms have A/C, satellite TV, private balcony and of course amazing view to the pine trees and the sea.
In the front of Villa Ermioni you can find a beach bar, by the sea, where you can have appetizers, traditional Greek dishes, coffes and refreshments. There is also private parking area.
Villa Ermioni is the place where you spend special holidays. We love to share beautiful moments and memories with customers and friends. We are more than happy to welcome you also.
In 2016. Villa Ermioni Nouvelle was built. It is right next to the older building. There are 2 double and 2 quadruple rooms.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani da li postoji slobodan smestaj za dve porodice sa po dva deteta, Deca su uzrasta u jednoj porodici 4 i 11 godina a u drugoj dvoje od 7. interesuju nas poslednje dve nedelje jula.

Bili smo gosti u Ermioni smeštaju pocetkom septembra. Gospodja Sofija,vlasnica smestaja je izuzetno ljubazna i fina,spremna da izadje u susret za sve sto vam je potrebno. Sto se samog smestaja tiče mi nemamo apsolutno nikakvu zamerku,sve je bilo perfektno čisto,smeštaj je vlasnica obilazila svakodnevno i ostavljala čiste peškire. Uvek pita da li nam je nešto potrebno. Internet je bio jako dobar,smeštaj takodje ima privatan parking,nalazi se u na samoj plazi Tripiti. Sto se nas tiče svima bi smo preporučili ovaj smeštaj jer je idealno mesto za odmor. Doći ćemo sigurno ponovo

Vila se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji na somoj plaži u Tripitiju. Apartman je uredan i čist, osoblje je veoma ljubazno, stalno su na raspolaganju. Sve preporuke za njih.
