We were guests at this villa at the end of August and we are very pleased with our choice of accommodation. What we saw in the pictures during the booking process greeted us in full splendor. We had a duplex apartment with a view of the sea. The kitchenette is small but adequately equipped, and there was water available at all times of the day. We stayed in the newer part of the villa, where everything is tastefully arranged. It is clean, and the owner, Sofia, is extremely helpful and always available for anything you might need.

The accommodation was satisfactory. It is a studio in an old villa. We expected a slightly more modern place, but this one was not bad at all. The only complaint is that the towels were changed only once during the ten days we stayed, and the stove is quite old and does not function at full capacity. As for the owner's hospitality, everything was perfect. We were charmed by the proximity to Tripiti beach, which is literally a 2-minute walk away. The beach is wonderful, long, wide, sandy, and occasionally sprinkled with small pebbles; regardless of how many people are on the beach, it never feels crowded. There are sections of the beach with sets (2 sun loungers and an umbrella) that are chargeable, but there are also areas where you can place your towels or your own loungers. Regarding the accommodation, the air conditioning and wifi worked flawlessly. A parking space was provided. All in all, we are satisfied.

I am extremely pleased with the accommodation; everything is clean, the beach is nearby, and the staff is exceptionally friendly.

The impressions about the owner Sofia are similar to those previously expressed; to avoid repetition, she is a very kind woman, eager to ensure everything is comfortable. However, I would recommend considering a new property, such as Ermioni Fresh or Ermioni Hotel, simply because they are newer establishments and you won’t encounter issues with water. We stayed in two studios; while they are quite small, they are functional (bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and terrace). Unfortunately, out of our 15-day stay, we had no water in the kitchen for 13 days, and we traveled with small children, planning meals for them in the accommodation. The pump supplying the kitchen faucet simply did not function properly, and the entire oldest property lacked a solution for this issue. Therefore, I recommend choosing one of the other two newer properties. According to Sofia, the owner, they do not have this problem. Water in the bathroom was not an issue. If you do not plan to prepare cooked meals in the accommodation or wash dishes, this point may not be significant for you. Regarding other impressions, the location is excellent; the accommodation is just a 2-minute walk from the large Trypiti beach, where you have everything (a café with food, sunbeds for 7 euros, friendly staff, water slides for children, beach volleyball, etc.). Parking is provided. Limenarija is a 2-minute drive away, and Potos is 5 minutes away. Bed linens and towels are changed every 3 days, while the bathroom does not follow that frequency. We would return, but to a newer property.

We were guests in Ermioni at the beginning of September. Mrs. Sofia, the owner of the accommodation, is exceptionally kind and pleasant, always ready to assist with anything you might need. As for the accommodation itself, we have absolutely no complaints; everything was perfectly clean, and the owner visited the property daily, providing fresh towels. She always inquired if we needed anything. The internet was excellent, and the accommodation also has private parking, located right on Tripiti beach. As far as we are concerned, we would recommend this accommodation to everyone, as it is an ideal place for relaxation. We will definitely return.

Excellent accommodation, exceptionally clean, located near a beach that I believe is one of the most beautiful in that part of the island. All praises to the hostess.

The villa is situated in an excellent location on the beautiful beach in Tripiti. The apartment is tidy and clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and always available. Highly recommended.

It was inconvenient that we did not know whom to contact upon our arrival. The kitchen is quite small and lacks a workspace for food preparation. The room is clean and tidy, with bed linens and towels changed every three days. The terrace is spacious and well-kept, offering a beautiful view of the sea and the beach. The WiFi signal is satisfactory. There is ample parking space for all vehicles. The cleanliness of the property is commendable. I recommend it.

The Ermioni villa is a beautiful place, culturally refined and immaculate. The owner, Sofia, makes a tremendous effort to ensure everything is as it should be. Highly recommended. We stayed in a beautifully decorated maisonette, complete with comfortable beds and pillows (which is not a common occurrence in Greece), and cleaning is done every 3-4 days. You don’t need to bring your own towels (except for the beach) as there are plenty provided. The air conditioning is only on the upper floor, which we thought would be an issue, but it turned out to be excellent since the children slept upstairs, keeping them warm while the cool air drifted down to us on the lower floor. Sofia, the landlady, is incredibly kind and always willing to assist if anything is needed. We truly didn’t require anything (the kitchen had a toaster and kettle, but lacked a cutting board and a large knife, which we always bring with us). The terrace is small with only two chairs, but there are two large tables in the shade right outside the door where one can relax or have a meal. The location was perfect for us: a vast beach with few people, ample sandy space for playing with rackets or a ball, a volleyball net, and wonderful water. At the beach bar, the rental of sun loungers costs €5. To the right, there are loungers in front of the hotel, but I don’t know the price. There is certainly plenty of space for your own umbrellas. The entry into the water has stone slabs that are a bit slippery, which didn’t bother us or the children, but the water was the warmest and cleanest of all the beaches we visited on Thassos. Once again, all praise goes to landlady Sofia, who is exceptionally kind and professional, and she even gave us a gift upon our departure.
