Accommodation description

Philo Apartment is a recently renovated apartment located 350m away from the Tripiti beach, above the main road. Guests also have access to private parking.

The first market where you can buy groceries is located about 2 km from the accommodation, towards Limenaria.

It has two bedrooms and can accommodate four people. One bedroom has two single beds, while the other has a double bed.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, internet, a kitchen with a stove with four burners and an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, and a kettle. The apartment does not have a TV.

Guests enter a clean apartment and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. There is also a washing machine available, as well as detergent and a clothesline for drying laundry. A mandatory final cleaning fee is charged for each reservation.

There is a seating area in front of the entrance with a view of the sea in the distance. A barbecue is available in the yard.

Private parking is provided.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 18 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
