MF27 Suite is located in Agia Triada, approximately 950 m from the beach, in a quieter part of this seaside town, ideal for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle. The modern interior and convenient access to the beach, restaurants, cafés and shops make this accommodation an excellent choice for couples and small families. Agia Triada is known for its long sandy beach, well-maintained promenade and relaxed atmosphere, while the nearby towns of Perea and Neoi Epivates, as well as Thessaloniki, offer numerous opportunities for excursions and exploring this part of the coast.

The two-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor and is suitable for up to six adults. It consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, with a layout that clearly separates the shared living area from the sleeping quarters. Both bedrooms feature a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people.

A baby cot is available upon request and with prior notice at the time of booking, and its use is included in the accommodation price.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine and a hairdryer. The kitchen features a stove with four glass-ceramic rings, a large oven and a large refrigerator with freezer, providing everything needed to prepare various meals. A kettle, coffee maker and toaster are also available, completing the equipment for everyday use.

The accommodation has a veranda furnished with seating, providing additional outdoor space for guests. It is suitable for enjoying morning coffee, sharing meals or relaxing after returning from the beach, offering the opportunity to spend part of the day outdoors.

Pets are allowed at this property at no additional charge.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days.

The property does not have private parking. Guests can park their vehicles along the street, near the accommodation.

Agia Triada is one of the favourite seaside resorts near Thessaloniki, known for its long sandy beach and relaxed coastal atmosphere. Along the seafront are a promenade, tavernas, restaurants, cafés and beach bars, while shops and all the amenities needed for everyday stays are available within the town. Nearby are Perea, 4 km away, and Neoi Epivates, 3 km away, offering additional dining and entertainment options, while Thessaloniki is 31 km away and is an excellent choice for day trips, sightseeing and shopping. Thessaloniki International Airport is located 15 km from Agia Triada, making this seaside resort easily accessible for guests arriving by plane.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
