Marija Apartments is located in Asprovalta, a peaceful seaside resort ideal for families with children, but also a great choice for younger generations as it offers a rich nightlife. This accommodation is 150m away from the beach in the village.

There are two types of accommodation units available.

The studio is located on the second floor and can host a maximum of four people. It has two French beds and a kitchenette.

The apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate up to six people. It consists of a bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which has a kitchenette. Each bedroom has one double bed and a single bed.

The terrace is shared, running along the entire length of the house.

Upon request, a baby cot is available within the price.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, mosquito nets, as well as a kitchenette with a two-ring stove, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and an electric kettle. The bathrooms feature a shower cabin.

Guests can spend warm summer days on the balcony, equipped with seating and offering a side view of the sea or the garden.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and have access to towels and bed linen, which are changed only after leaving the accommodation.

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
