Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Palm Suites in Nea Vrasna is located just 300 meters from the beach and offers modern, stylishly furnished apartments with a private balcony for a comfortable stay. The property features an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, ideal for relaxing after a day at the sea. Nea Vrasna is a quiet resort known for its long sandy beaches, seaside promenade, and pleasant family-friendly atmosphere. The sea is clean and shallow, making it suitable for families with children. Nearby, Asprovalta is a lively town with a wide range of restaurants, shops, and nightlife, while Stavros is just a few minutes’ drive away. Thanks to its excellent location, Palm Suites is also a great base for exploring larger towns and tourist attractions in the region.
The triple and quadruple studios are located on the ground floor and consist of a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The triple studio can accommodate up to three adults and includes a double bed and a single bed. The quadruple studios are suitable for up to four adults and feature a double bed and a sofa for two people.
The five-person studio has a mezzanine layout and can accommodate up to five adults. On the lower level, which is at the first-floor level, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while the upper level, at the second-floor level, features an open gallery and a bathroom. The living room has a double bed and a sofa bed, and the open gallery contains a double bed.
A baby cot is available on request, included in the price.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, hairdryer, safe, and a kitchenette with an electric hotplate with one burner, a standard fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
