Astrikos Villa is located in the village of Neoi Epivates, in an excellent position, only 35 meters from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy the sea and summer atmosphere just a few steps from their accommodation. The property is suitable for families and groups of friends and is situated in the center of the village, close to shops, restaurants, and the promenade. The beach is sandy and well maintained, ideal for a relaxed holiday and staying with children.

The offer includes two modernly furnished apartments, located on the first and second floor, with a capacity of up to four adults each. Each apartment is carefully designed to provide a comfortable and functional living space, consisting of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living area includes a sofa for two people, making the apartments an ideal choice for families, couples, or small groups of friends.

A baby cot is available to guests for an additional fee and can be provided upon request, with prior notice at the time of booking.

The apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with all necessary amenities for a pleasant and worry-free stay, including free WiFi internet, a TV, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is functionally equipped with all essential elements for preparing daily meals, and guests have access to two ceramic cooktops, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a full-size oven and and an electric kettle, providing extra convenience during their stay.

Each accommodation unit has a spacious balcony overlooking the courtyard, offering guests a sense of privacy and peace during their stay. The balconies are equipped with comfortable seating furniture, ideal for relaxation and enjoying the pleasant atmosphere.

Small pets are allowed in this property, but their stay must be indicated in advance during the booking process, and an additional fee applies for pet accommodation.

Cleaning services and bed linen and towel changes are not provided, but can be arranged for an additional fee. During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment.

Parking is available with a limited number of spaces, and it is necessary to send an inquiry in advance to arrange and confirm availability.

Neoi Epivates is a peaceful seaside village on the coast of the Aegean Sea, known for its relaxed atmosphere and a pleasant sandy beach with a gentle entry into the sea, ideal for family holidays. Thanks to its excellent location, it is very close to Thessaloniki. Thessaloniki International Airport is 13 km away, while the city center, with its rich shopping, dining, and cultural offerings, is 28 km away, allowing guests easy access to excursions and enjoyment of city life while still staying in a peaceful resort environment.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
