Apartment Bella 2 in Perea is suitable for up to 5 people. It is great for families.
It has one separate bedroom in the form of a bedroom, in which there is a large double bed and one in the form of a living room in which there is also a large double bed; there is one smaller single bed in the dining room.
It is located 20 minutes from the center of Thessaloniki, 8km from the airport and Water Park and 400m from the nearest beach. It has a kitchen, two terraces, bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is equipped with simple utensils suitable for short stays, for cooking breakfast and dinner at most. and a “lighter” lunch.
The accommodation has towels and bed linen. Replacement is possible with prior agreement with the owner and additional payment.
Supermarket Masoutis is located less than 200m from the apartment, and Lidl at 400-500m.

Five of us stayed, and everything was fine—from the apartment's cleanliness and the well-appointed rooms, to the two terraces, to the landlady who promptly brought the missing coffee cups and guided us to the best beaches, restaurants, pastry shops, and places to visit, and remained available for two questions throughout the vacation. The apartment accommodates five people and is a five-to-six-minute easy walk from the city beach, yet tucked away on a quiet, peaceful street. Parking is secure, and provisioning is excellent—from the market to the large supermarkets. The drive to the large, well-appointed beach bars takes 15–30 minutes, depending on where you go. The place is well connected by public transport to Thessaloniki.
