Apartment Bella 2 in Perea is suitable for up to 5 people. It is great for families. It has one separate bedroom in the form of a bedroom, in which there is a large double bed and one in the form of a living room in which there is also a large double bed; there is one smaller single bed in the dining room.
It is located 20 minutes from the center of Thessaloniki, 8km from the airport and Water Park and 400m from the nearest beach. It has a kitchen, two terraces, bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with simple utensils suitable for short stays, for cooking breakfast and dinner at most. and a “lighter” lunch.
It has towels and bed linen.
Supermarket Masoutis is located less than 200m from the apartment, and Lidl at 400-500m.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 3 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobar dan. Zanima me da li imate 2 slobodna apartmana, za 2 porodice; Jedna porodica ima 2 odrasla i 2 deteta (6 i 1 godina) pa bi mogla i u trokrevetni studio/apartman; Druga porodica ima 2 odrasla i 2 deteta (17,13) tako da bi trebao cetvorokrevetni apartman.
