Hotel Description

Bella 1 Apartment is located in Perea, 400m from the beach and 14km from the water park Waterland. Bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, and everything you may need are just a few meters from the accommodation.

The apartment, which is located on the ground floor of the residential building, has a living room with a kitchen and dining room, a bathroom, and a bedroom and can accommodation up to four adults. In the bedroom, there is a sofa for two people, while in the living room, there is a sofa for two people.

In this air-conditioned apartment, guests have free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a bathroom, a kitchen equipped for the preparation of simple and light meals, a stove with four hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a washing machine. When entering the accommodation, you first enter a small corridor where the door on the left is the entrance to the apartment and the door on the right is the entrance to the bathroom. The bathroom is located opposite the entrance door of the apartment, but it is separated from the entrance of the apartment by an internal corridor (see the photo in the gallery).

You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings on one of the two furnished verandas.

The stay of pets, within the price, in this accommodation is allowed.

The cleaning of the apartment during the stay is done by the guests themselves. The guests are responsible for changing the bed linen and towels themselves, and they must first request that a set of bed linen and towels be delivered to them since they are not available.

A parking space is not provided for accommodation guests, but there is always a free parking space nearby.

Bella 1 Apartment is 23 km from the center of Thessaloniki and 11 km from the airport in Thessaloniki.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 15 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

The remaining amount should be paid no later than 15 days prior to arrival to the accommodation.
If guests cancel their reservation within seven days from the date the deposit was paid, the deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.
