Lana Apartment is located in Perea, 90m from the beach and 14km from the water amusement park Waterland. Bakeries, supermarkets, taverns, bars, and everything you need are just a few meters from the accommodation.
The apartment, which is located on the third floor of a residential building with three floors, that does not have an elevator, has a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of five adults. One bedroom has a double bed and a sofa for one person, while the other bedroom has two single beds. On request, within the price, it is possible to add a baby cot.
Within this air-conditioned apartment, in which the cooling unit is located in the corridor, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board, a bathroom with a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a mini-stove with three hotplates, and a small oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, and a toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the city, on the furnished balcony to which you have access from every room.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of the apartment during the stay is done by the guests themselves. Bed linen and towels are changed after the eighth day for guests staying longer than 10 days, while bed linen and towels are not changed for stays of less than 10 days.
No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is always a free parking space near the apartment.
Lana Apartment is at a distance of 24 km from the center of Thessaloniki and at a distance of 11 km from the airport in Thessaloniki.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobar dan, Zanima nas apartman plaža Perea ,za 4 osobe. 2 odrasle osobe i 2 deca (15 i 18 god ),period 19.07-26.07., 7 noći,blizu plaže,2 odvojena kreveta,veći frižider ako je moguće.
