Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

9 DOORS Hotel is located in the seaside town of Perea, 25km from Thessaloniki. It is a modern and beautifully designed accommodation, built in 2023. It offers a perfect retreat for couples and families seeking a peaceful vacation near the sea.
The town center is at a distance of 1.2km, while the nearest market is 700m away, and the Masoutis supermarket is 1.3km away. The property is located 170m from the sandy beach.
It offers nine accommodation units that can accommodate from two to five people, located on the first, second, third, and fourth floors of the building with an elevator. On the ground floor, there is a reception, while on the first and second floors, there are quadruple apartments, triple and double studios. On the third floor, there are three units that are maisonettes in their structure.
The quadruple apartments (45m2) can accommodate up to four people and consist of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two. There are four apartments of this type available on the first and second floors.
The double studio (25m2) is located on the first floor and is adapted for people with disabilities, accommodating two people. It has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
The triple studio (25m2) is located on the second floor and can accommodate up to three people. It has a double bed, a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
The maisonettes (55m2) stretch over two levels (on the third and fourth floors) and can accommodate up to five people. On the lower level (on the third floor) there is a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, while on the upper level (on the fourth floor) there is a bedroom with a double bed and another bathroom. Each level has a balcony. The first and second levels are connected by stairs, but have separate entrances. There are three maisonettes available, two can accommodate up to five people, and one up to four because it does not have a sofa bed.
Almost all accommodation units have two air conditioners, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom (double and triple studios have one air conditioner each). Additionally, all units have a standard balcony with seating and a sea view, while maisonettes have two balconies in each unit. Guests have access to free WiFi, TV (maisonettes have a TV on each level), a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a kitchen with two burners and a large oven (triple and double studios do not have an oven), a large fridge with a freezer, and a coffee machine. Bathrooms have shower cabins (five-bed maisonettes), shower cabins with glass doors (quadruple apartments and quadruple maisonette), and tiled showers (triple and double studios). Upon request and at no additional cost, a baby cot and a high chair can be provided.
The reception is open from 08:00 to 15:00, but the owner is always available to guests. Guests enter a clean accommodation and take care of hygiene during their stay, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay.
Parking is provided for guests within the private parking lot located next to the property. An incharge is also available for hotel guests.
