The Seashell apartment is 50m from the sandy beach in Perea. The apartment is renovated and fully equipped for a comfortable stay for up to 4 people. The apartment has one bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace that partly overlooks the sea. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa for two people in the living room.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, internet, smart TV (Total TV), washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen and towels.

One parking space is provided for accommodation guests on the ground floor of the building.

The apartment is located next to the widest part of the beach in Perea. In the immediate vicinity, there is the Theros cafe, as well as numerous other restaurants along the beach. The nearest market and pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, as well as a large park for children, bakeries and pastry shops. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the city center.

The town of Perea is located 25 km from Thessaloniki, not far from the Thessaloniki airport, which makes Perea extremely easily accessible for guests arriving by plane. The place is famous for its beach, which stretches for several kilometers, and along the entire beach there are restaurants, taverns, cafes and of course the promenade, where you can walk for hours. Compared to other resorts, Perea is distinguished by the most beautiful sunsets, but also by the proximity of the best shopping centers (such as Cosmos, Mega Outlet, Jumbo, Ikea…). Also, the location is suitable for visiting Waterland, but also for trips to Thessaloniki, Olympus or Halkidiki. Thessaloniki can be easily reached by bus or boat.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
