Aktis Sea View Studios is located in Perea, a suburb of Thessaloniki, 20m from the sandy beach. Modern accommodation, carefully equipped for a comfortable stay, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy with a sea view.

There are 12 accommodation units located on the first floor.

The studios are suitable for a minimum of one and a maximum of five adults. Each studio includes a kitchen equipped for preparing light meals and a private bathroom. Depending on the capacity, the studios are equipped with a double bed and a single bed.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchenette with one or two burners, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and an electric kettle.

From the balcony, which is equipped with seating furniture, there is a view of the sea or the street.

Pets weighing up to 10kg are allowed in this accommodation.

Guests have access to a reception that operates from 09:00h to 23:00h.

Cleaning of the accommodation units is done upon request by guests, bed linen is changed halfway through the stay, and towels are changed every three days, as per guest request.

Guests are not provided with guaranteed parking spaces, but there is usually a free parking spot available in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.

Aktis Sea View Studios is located 5km from Agia Triada Beach, 23km from the center of Thessaloniki, and 11km from Thessaloniki Airport.

First it states that the apartment has a sea view; that is irrelevant, as it faces the opposite direction. The apartment is incredibly small; the bathroom measures about a meter and a half by a meter and a half; the terrace is tiny; everything is squeezed so tightly that it makes no sense.

The apartment is small, but since I was traveling alone with my child, it suited us perfectly. Perea is an excellent place to stay with children. A large number of restaurants offering excellent food. From the shore, a shallow area stretches about 50 to 70 meters out, which is good for children or for those learning to swim. Parents at the cafe can relax while the kids are in the water. Whoever wants slightly deeper water can go to the buoys and enjoy. I was told before the vacation that the water would be dirty because Thessaloniki is a port, but the water is excellent and clean, so no worries. The airport is nearby, but you can’t hear the planes at all; I don’t understand how, but it’s true. Everything shown on the site matched what we found in person. All praise to Nikani.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
