Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Fani Luxury Apartments is the accommodation in the new part of Stavros, about 50m from the beach. It features daily reception, modernly equipped accommodation units, private parking and a cafe/snack bar.
The nearest grocery store is 200m away, the nearest bakery is 300m away and the center is about 450m away.
There are nine quintuple maisonettes (about 35m2), with one double bed on the upper level, i.e. two single beds and a folding armchair in the kitchen area on the ground floor. Also, in June 2017, deluxe suite (130m2) on the first floor, for a maximum of seven people, welcomed its first guests. Two bedrooms each have one double bed and the third has two bunk beds and a drawer bed. It also has a living room with kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms and a sea view.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, fully equipped kitchen (two hot plates and large fridge with freezer), safe box, hair dryer, mosquitos nets, bathroom and a veranda, while the baby cot is available upon request.
Cleaning is performed on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced after two nights.
Fani Luxury Apartments is one of the few luxury accommodations in Stavros and it's ideal for couples and travellers looking for a quiet holiday in an excellent accommodation close to the beach.

Dobar dan,da li imate slobodan smeštaj u Stavrosu od 12 avgusta do 22 avgusta. Dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece od 13 i 16 god. Ili tri odrasle i jedno dete ili 4 odrasle ako moze i tako da se racuna.

Postovani, Na sajtu NEMA mogucnosti da rezervisemo u Fani luxuri apartments termin od 20 avgusta za 10 ili koji dan vise za 4 odrasle osobe jer u septembru ne mozemo zbog skole deteta. Da li postoji mogucnost da nas mozete staviti na neku rezervaciju u slucaju otkazivanja za taj termin ili dane koji dan pre.? Hvala
