Accommodation description

MD Apartments is located in Stavros, about 350 m from the beach, in an environment that allows guests to spend their vacation close to the sea and the town’s amenities, but without the feeling of being in the busiest part of the resort. The accommodation is suitable for families, couples and small groups who want a simply organized summer stay, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and promenades. Thanks to its location in Stavros, guests are able to combine daily beach enjoyment with evening walks and visits to the surrounding towns of this part of northern Greece during their vacation.

MD Apartments offers one studio and three apartments. The studio and one apartment are located on the high ground floor, while two apartments are located on the first floor.

The studio is intended for a maximum of two adults. It is organized as an open space with a sleeping area, kitchenette, and bathroom, and a double bed is provided for sleeping. Due to its compact layout, it is most suitable for guests who need a functional space for a shorter or more simply organized summer stay.

The apartments have a separate bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom, providing guests with a clearer division between the sleeping and living areas. The bedroom has a double bed, while additional sleeping places are located in the living room. One apartment is designed for a maximum of four adults and has a sofa for two people, while two apartments are designed for a maximum of five adults, because in addition to the sofa for two people, they also have a folding armchair as an additional bed.

A baby cot can be provided upon request and at no additional charge, which makes it easier for families with a baby to organize their trip and makes the stay more practical for the youngest guests.

All accommodation units are almost identically equipped, with minor differences in the number of air conditioners and additional TVs. Each unit has air conditioning, WiFi internet, and a Smart TV, while two apartments also have an additional air conditioner, which contributes to a more pleasant stay for a larger number of guests. In some units, the TV is also located in the bedroom, and guests have access to a hairdryer and a shared washing machine within the building.

The kitchenettes are simply equipped and adapted to prepare light meals and drinks during their stay. Guests have access to a hob with two glass-ceramic heating zones and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, which allows for easier organization of meals during their vacation.

Each accommodation unit has its own balcony, which provides guests with a place to sit and spend time outdoors during the day. The balconies are suitable for morning coffee, a break after the beach, or quieter evening moments, while the view is directed towards the courtyard and the surroundings. This space represents the main part of the units intended for outdoor use and practically complements the daily summer rhythm of guests.

Staying with pets is not allowed.

Cleaning of the accommodation units and replacement of bed linen and towels are organized halfway through the stay. Additional sets of bed linen and towels are also available to guests at no additional charge, which makes the stay more practical, especially for those planning a longer vacation.

Private parking is located within the accommodation yard, and a total of four parking spaces are available to guests. This is especially convenient for guests who are driving their own vehicle and plan to visit the surrounding towns and beaches.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
