Sigma Luxury Apartments & Suites is located in the second largest Greek city, as well as the second most significant port in Greece, the capital of Central Macedonia, the bride of Thermaic Gulf - Thessaloniki. Situated in the part of Thessaloniki known as Sikies, not far from the city center with its historical splendor, landmarks and the rhythm of urban life, this accommodation represents an excellent starting point for exploring Thessaloniki.
This newly built and sophisticated accommodation offers you the opportunity to experience the city from new heights, providing a 360-degree view that captures the essence of Thessaloniki's beauty. In a contemporary building with a lift, there are a total of 11 accommodation units divided into six categories:
Standard Double Room (30m²) is located on the ground floor and is intended for accommodation of up to two people, as it contains a king-size bed and veranda.
Deluxe Apartments (50m²) feature a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa (with an anatomical mattress) for two in the living room with a fully equipped kitchen, so the maximum capacity is up to four people.
Maisonettes (45m²) are designed for up to four guests, as these two-story abodes feature a king-size bed on the upper floor. The lower floor unveils a plush sofa, transforming into a bed with an anatomical mattress for added comfort, as well as fully equipped kitchen.
Superior Suite Sea View (40m²) is an accommodation unit designed for up to two people and includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette and a large terrace with spectacular sea and city view over Thessaloniki.
Deluxe Suite Sea View (50m²) is a one space suite that is designed for up to four people. It includes a king-size bed, the sofa that seamlessly converts into an inviting bed with an anatomical mattress and a kitchenette.
Penthouse (35m²) is located on the seventh floor (direct access from the elevator to the room), contains a king-size bed and is intended for accommodation of up to two people (adults only). Guests staying in this accommodation have exclusive access to a heated pool and balcony with panoramic views of Thessaloniki.
A baby cot and a baby chair can be added upon request at no extra cost.
All units are air-conditioned and include a flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi internet, a safe deposit box, bath amenities, a hairdryer, slippers, an iron and ironing board, soundproof windows, a direct dial telephone, central heating, a ceiling fan, a mini-fridge, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine in the rooms, a kitchen equipped with a small fridge with a freezer compartment, a hob with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a toaster, a coffee maker and a kettle in the apartments and studios. For an additional fee, breakfast is available and served in the room from 08.30 to 10.30. Guests have access to a modern gym and a indoor children's playground in the building free of charge.
All accommodation units have a veranda or balcony equipped with seating sets, and only some of them offer views of the sea and the entire city.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. Smoking is not allowed.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done on a daily basis.
There is a public parking lot located 30 meters from the property, which includes over 70 parking spaces and is free of charge. This accommodation also has a station for charging electric vehicles.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
