Kiperi Studios is the accommodation between Parga and Lichnos. It consists of rooms, studios and apartments for a maximum of four people. Accommodation units have are air-conditioned, have a TV and internet, and private parking is also available. This accommodation has a realistic price-quality ratio.

The nearest grocery store is at 600m, while the closest bakery is 750m away. The center of Parga is at about 1,5km,he fantastic Lihnos beach is at 1km and Piso Krioneri beach 1,7km away.

The single studio (15m2) has one double bed narrower than standard and a kitchen on the porch, four triple studios (24m2) have one double and an armchair bed, one quadruple apartment (28m2) has one double and two bunk beds, while four new double rooms (two with a sea view) have one double bed.

Accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, wireless internet, safe box, kitchen (except rooms) with two hot plates and a refrigerator with a fridge, bathroom with a hairdryer and a terrace or porch.

Cleaning is provided on a daily basis, and bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.

Parking is available for all vehicles.

100m after passing the crossing towards Lichnos beach, you’ll see Kiperi Studios on the right-hand side of the main road.

Kiperi Studios is an ideal choice for anyone for whom the quality of accommodation is not crucial, but a favourable price for a stay close to the fantastic Lichnos beach. The house is modestly furnished and the furniture is a bit older.
