Aristea Studios is a very nice villa, just few minutes walk from the beach, located in a quiet place, it’s an ideal choice for holidays in Sarti, and the friendly owners are there to make your vacation even more pleasant.

It is located 450m from the beach, and about 200m from the nearest supermarket, and the center of Sarti is 300m away.

Villa has 10 accommodation units. Guests have at their disposal two double studios on the ground floor, six triple studios (three on the first floor and three on the second floor) and two quintuple apartments (one on the first floor and one on the second floor).

Double studios have one double bed. Triple studios have one double bed and one single bed. In quintuple apartments in the bedroom there is a double bed, and in the room with a kitchen one single bed and one folding sofa for two persons.

The furniture is of high quality and the accommodation units are clean and well-maintained. There are mosquito nets on the windows and doors. All accommodation units have equipped kitchens - studios no. 6 and 10 as well as both apartments have big fridge with freezer, hotplates and microwave, while the other studios have small fridge with freezer compartment and hotplates. In the bathrooms there is a shower enclosed with glass partition. One apartment and studios on the ground floor have garden view, the other apartment has a side sea view, while the other studios have street view, but shared balcony on the rooftop has a fantastic view of the sea and the city, it is well decorated and designed for socializing, reading or relaxing.

Replacement of towels and bed linen are done every three days, while the cleaning is done every day.

The accommodation has a small, paved yard, with a lot of greenery. Cars are parked along the street or in the nearby free parking lot.

This accommodation is very easy to find. When entering Sarti, you will use the first exit to the left (towards the Maistrali Hotel), then you will proceed straight and turn to the second street to the right and after 50m you will see this house on the left.

Aristea Studios is a good choice for families and couples who want to spend their holidays in nicely arranged accommodation not far from the sandy beach.
