Elena’s Sunset Garden House is located on the main road in the Elia beach area, on a beautiful location between the two most popular resorts in Sithonia, Nikiti and Neos Marmaras. The facility is modest yet well equipped with all that’s needed for a pleasant stay. Affordable prices, large courtyard with lots of greenery and natural shade, as well as guaranteed parking space, are the main amenities that this accommodation provides to its guests.

The beach is about 300m away, the closest supermarket is located in Nikiti (about 10km), while guests can buy fresh pastry every morning from a man who passes by the house in a van.

In total there are two buildings consisting of a stone house, a maisonette, three apartments and four studios. The facilities are located across one another, on the main road, at the distance of 250m.

Within the first building, there are a stone house, one apartment (5+1) and four studios. The stone house (32m2) has a capacity of 4-5 persons and it consists of one air-conditioned room with one double bed, a sofa and a queen size bed, as well as a kitchen equipped with oven, hotpslate, necessary dishes and a fridge. In the bathroom there is shower tray without curtain. The apartment is for 5-6 people, with one sofa, a double and two single beds. Two studios for 2-3 people have one double and a sofa bed, while two studios for four people have one double and two single beds, i.e. one sofa, a double and a single bed. Terraces in front of accommodation units on the ground floor are not enclosed and they’re transient.

In the second building, there’s one maisonette (70m2) and two duplex apartments (50m2). Both apartments are on the ground floor and they consist of two separate bedrooms (with one i.e two double beds), a large kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The maisonette is for 6-8 people. On the first floor, there’s a spacious living room with sitting area, i.e. sofa beds and a kitchen. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, with one double i.e. two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a glass shower cabin, and both floors have an access to large terraces. This building is not available for online reservations.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, with WiFi internet, TV and mosquito nets, and some have a hairdryer. The kitchens are fully equipped with a refrigerator and hotplates, while in some accommodation units there are a freezer and a stove. Verandas have sitting sets and drying racks.

There is a ramp, so the ground floor units are available to people with disabilities. Towels and bed linen are replaced after four days, while the guests themselves maintain hygiene of the accommodation units, and there’s also a washing machine available, free of charge.

Within the buildings, there are several gazebos, built-in barbecue, outdoor shower, nice garden with shade, garden seating sets, sunbeds and enough parking space for everyone.

At 10km from Nikiti, in the Elia area, on the main road, you’ll notice a street sign on the left, with a label for Helena Rooms.

This accommodation could be a good choice for small groups of friends or families with children who’d like to be at the distance from city crowds, in the affordable accommodation surrounded by greenery.
