Mantzanas Apartments is the accommodation on the Blue Flag awarded Salonikiou, with the sand and the sea at only 20m. This accommodation is a great choice for those who’d want a peaceful holiday, away from noisy resorts, on the beach which is not crowded even in the high season.

Given that this beach is far from the hustle of tourist resorts, the nearest large supermarket, bars and restaurants are around 9km in the village of Agios Nikolaos. Every morning a van with fresh pastry and bread passes by the house. The village of Metagitsi is 4km away, and the fishing village Pyrgadikia where guests can taste traditional specialities and fresh fish is 6km away.

They offer six apartments and studios.

Apartments number 1 and 2 (40-45m2) are located on the ground floor and have a balcony (3-4m2) on the yard level. Apartment no. 1 has a separate bedroom with one double and a single bed, and the living room with a kitchen and two bunk beds. Apartment no. 2 has a separate bedroom with one double bed and the living room with a kitchen, one double and a single bed.

Studios number 3 and 4 are located on the ground floor and have access to the yard. Studio number 3 (25m2) is quadruple and it has two double beds, while the studio number 4 (20m2) is triple and it has one double and a single bed.

Apartment no. 5 (40m2) is located on the first floor in the back of the building. It has a separate bedroom with one double bed and the living room with a kitchen and another double bed.

Apartment no. 6 (60m2) is located on the second floor, it has two balconies (in the front and the back) with a great sea view. It has a separate bedroom with one double bed, another double bed in the room not separated by the door and the living room with a folding sofa bed for two.

Apartments and studios have internet, air conditioner, TV, kitchen with mini-stove with oven, bathroom with shower area and curtain, refrigerator with freezer (except in the triple studio no. 4), mosquito nets and a balcony. Use of washing machine is free. Towels and bed sheets are replaced after 3-4 days.

The yard is nicely arranged, with plenty of greenery and palm trees. A gazebo, barbecue, tables and chairs are available to the guests, with swings and a small slide for the youngest. Private parking doesn’t exist, but the cars can be parked in front of the house.

You will reach the accommodation by following the road to Agios Nikolaos when you turn off the main road. When you reach the sea, you will drive another 1km by the beach and you will see the accommodation on the left.

We would recommend this accommodation to families who’d want to take a break and escape from the noise because this place is really quiet and the owners are kind and hospitable.
