Toula’s Studios is an accommodation located just 100m away from the beach in Sarti, situated on a hill offering a fantastic view of the sea and Mount Athos. All amenities are within a few minutes’ walk from the accommodation, and there is also parking available.

It is situated in the old part of Sarti, only 120m away from shops, bakeries, souvenir shops, taverns, and other facilities that this place offers. The house is divided into two accommodations. The second floor belongs to the Emmanuel House, while everything else belongs to Toula’s accommodation.

There are five accommodation units available, one triple studio, one quadruple apartment, and three five-bed apartments. Due to the house being on a hill, the triple studio and five-bed apartments are located on the first floor, while the quadruple apartment is situated in the basement at the back of the house, although all units are accessed from the ground floor.

The triple studio features one double and one single bed, the five-bed apartments have two single beds in the bedroom and one double and one single bed in the kitchen area. The quadruple apartment has two double beds, one in the bedroom (separated by folding doors) and the other in the kitchen area.

The kitchen is the same in all units, equipped with a stove and a small refrigerator, except in one of the five-bed apartments where there is a large refrigerator and a mini oven with hot plates. All units have renovated bathrooms with tiled floors and no separate shower area. They are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets, a small TV, internet, and a spacious terrace with a sea view, sunshade, and seating set. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days.

There is a public parking in front of the house with always available parking spaces. A children’s playground is located 50m away from the accommodation.

Before entering Sarti from the direction of Vourvourou, turn left at the sign pointing to Greenotel. Continue straight, pass by Maistrali Hotel and drive to the end of the street, then turn left into the street that will lead you to the parking lot in front of this accommodation.

If you value being close to the center and the beach, yet seeking peace, quiet, and a sea view, then Toula’s Studios is the right choice.
