If you want to spend your vacation in a decently equipped accommodation, close to the sandy beach in Sarti, Pirofani Villa may be a good choice for you. Being located in the part of Sarti where the beach is the most beautiful and with a long shoal, this accommodation has one of the best value-quality ratio.

It is located in the new part of Sarti, 100m from the sandy city beach, and 200m is the nearest supermarket, while the center of Sarti with all its amenities is 1.5km away.

Accommodation has twelve accommodation units, that is nine three-bed and three four-bed studios, arranged on the ground floor, first and second floor.

Three-bed studios have one double and one single bed. Four studios are on the ground floor (no. 1, 2, 5 and 6), four are on the first floor (no. 7, 8, 9 and 10) and one is on the second floor (no. 12).

One four-bed studio on the ground floor (no. 3) has a double and two single beds, while another four-bed studio on the ground floor (no. 4) has one double, one single bed and a sofa. The four-bed studio on the second floor (no. 11) has one double bed and bunk beds.

The balconies of studios no. 1, 2, 3 and 8 oversee the yard, studios no. 4, 5, 6, 9, 10 and 12 from the balcony have street view, while the balconies of the studios no. 7 and 11 have a partial sea view. All balconies have a table and chairs.

The kitchens in all studios are identically equipped, they have a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two hot plates and the necessary utensils. The bathrooms have been renovated and have a shower enclosed by a glass partition, except for the four-bed studio no. 11 which has a shower with a curtain.
All accommodation units are air conditioned, have TV, iron, hair dryer, internet, and the owners can provide a baby cot if needed.

Accommodation does not have private parking lot, but guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of the accommodation. A barbecue is available to guests in the small yard.

Cleaning of accommodation units is done every three nights, and change of towels and bed linen is done in the middle of the stay.

Coming from Vourvourou, at the end of Sarti turn into the last street on the left. The street is wide and unpaved in that part, so you will easily recognize it. Continue straight down that street, turn right, then into the first street on the right and you will see this villa on your left.

Pirofani Villa can be a good choice for families and couples who care about the proximity of the beach, and the distance from the center guarantees quietness and peaceful vacation.
