George Villa is a very neat and decent accommodation facility in a quiet location, in the old part of Sarti. It offers studios for rent that are completely renovated, comfortable and well equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The long city sandy beach is about 150m away, while at a distance of about 100m there is a central square with a promenade zone, many shops, markets, bakeries and restaurants.
A large well-stocked market is right across the street, and the nearest bakery is about 50m away.

There are three studios for rent - one double and one triple on the third floor, as well as one studio located in a mild basement (3-4 steps below ground level) that can accommodate up to four people.

The double studio (No7) has one double bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower tray, and a spacious balcony equipped with a seating set (located in front of the building).
The triple studio (No6) has one double and one single bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower tray, and a small balcony equipped with a seating set (located at the back of the building).
The quadruple studio (No4) has one double and one single bed, as well as an additional single drawer bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower tray and a curtain, and a veranda equipped with a seating set (facing the street).

The kitchens of all studios are equipped with an induction hob, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a kettle and a toaster.
All accommodation units have mosquito nets, a hairdryer, WiFi internet, a TV and air conditioning.
A baby cot is available on request, and small pets are allowed upon agreement with the owner.
Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towels replacement, is done after three nights.

The accommodation has a very small fenced yard with a beautifully maintained lawn, and guests can park their cars on the street in front of the building.

If you are coming from the direction of Vourvourou, the easiest way to get to the accommodation is to turn off from the main road to the large Ellinika supermarket after entering Sarti (sixth street on the left).

George Villa is a good choice for guests that are looking for quality and affordable accommodation, in a quiet location but still within easy reach of the rich tourist offer in the beautiful old Sarti and close to the beach.
