This maisonette is on two levels, with a maximum capacity for six people. The maisonette features, on its first level, on the ground floor, three bedrooms, as well as a living room with a kitchen and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third has a bunk bed and a single bed. On the second level, on the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, toilet, and a large balcony.

The accommodation has air conditioning in all bedrooms, and guests have access to a TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, and a washing machine. Both kitchens are equipped with a large fridge with freezer, large oven, stove with four induction hobs, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
