Irene and Stelios House is located in the new part of Sarti, close to the most beautiful part of the long sandy beach and at the very end of the bay. Neat and comfortable accommodation units are equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, and the friendly and attentive owners will do their best to make you feel comfortable as their guests here.

Arranged city beach is located less than 150m away, while very beautiful and somewhat isolated Platania beach only 1km away. The center and the rich tourist offer of Sarti are at a distance of about 1.5 km, but in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation (less than 300 m) you can find a supermarket, bakery and several restaurants.

The property offers eight accommodation units tailored to meet various guest needs, including five studios and three apartments.

Three studios, intended for up to three adults, are brand new units located on the third floor of a building without an elevator. Each studio features a kitchenette equipped with two ceramic glass cooktops, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, and a toaster, as well as a bathroom with a shower tray and a sleeping area.

Among these three studios, Studio No. 8 is slightly smaller in size and includes a double bed and an armchair that can accommodate one person, while Studios No. 6 and No. 7 feature a double bed and a single bed. All studios are equipped the same.

The remaining two studios are designed to accommodate up to two adults and two children.

Studio No. 2 is located on the first floor and includes a double bed, bunk beds, a kitchenette with a two-ring stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower tray.

Studio No. 3 is located on the second floor and is equipped identically to Studio No. 2, though it is slightly smaller in size.

Apartment No. 5 is situated on a ground floor and can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, which also includes two single beds, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. The kitchen has a stove with four ceramic glass cooktops and a large oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

Apartment No. 1 is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a kitchenette, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. Each bedroom has an air conditioner. The kitchenette includes a two-ring stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower tray.

Apartment No. 4 is located on the second floor and is designed for up to four adults. It includes a kitchenette, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. Each bedroom has an air conditioner. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-ring stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower tray.

All accommodation units feature a TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, and a baby cot available upon request.
Bed linen and towel change, as well as cleaning, are provided every four days. Pets are not allowed.

The property does not have a yard, only a paved access road to the house, but guests can relax and enjoy views of the mountain, street, or sea from the balconies and the veranda.

Guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of the property.

If you are coming from the direction of the resort Vourvourou - you will find the villa almost at the very end and exit from the resort.

We recommend Irene and Stelios House to guests who want decent accommodation close to the beach and within easy reach of all events in Sarti, but who also want to stay away from the noise and crowds.
